ayan guilty or no guilty

After seeing some posts supporting ayan I would like to know what people think here

ok for me it is guilty, maya jal or not, ayan crossed his limits, it was scary to see him like this today, that decent guy turned into rapist, just because he felt his bro was kidnapped. so guilty.

He is guilty, but not of attempting to rape.

19 people chose guilty ... i wonder who think he is not.

My question is did Ayaan saw Arjun was tied up from that keeyhole...so he wanted those keys..and fighting with Maya for those keys...😲

Ayaan definitely assaulted Maya... Put yourself in Maya's place...a drunken guy physically hurting you and passing suggestive comments and words which can be interpreted as sexual innuendos (Mu utha ke dekhne layak nahi rahogi?...that's what he said, right?) It was definitely verbal and physical abuse. He probably hadn't intended rape, but...Who knows how far he would have gone if Samay hadn't arrived in samay???

i dnt understand how he can not be guilty, the scenes we where shown when ayan told saanhj wat happened where the main parts of what we had seen wen he attacked maya, so she is not lying. worse the scenes he admitted where the scenes that most fans where upset about. how can he or saanhj say he is not guilty. and how can saanhj think he is not guilty with such conviction. once a stupid attorney always a stupid attorney. that fluzzy upsets me. the only part that is missing is his dialogues if its true he said that he is beyond guilty for me. he is saying he had no intention to rape her coz he was caught. but maya will not win with a dirty attorney around and her passed actions.

omg am just watching that scene.. I am still in shock.. really!!!
