Exactly. No one said he shouldn't be angry. But that doesn't give him the right to go sexually assault or intention to rape her. I am pretty sure rape wouldn't happen though as Samay most likely will save her or Maya herself will hit him hard with something. CVS can't be showing their female lead raped like that. But that doesn't change the fact that he intended it. He's a rapist! And even if he didn't intend which is extremely low chance seeing the way he's tearing her clothes, then still he's a pig of the highest order. No woman deserve to get such violence where anyone can come and tear her clothes to abuse her.

Just because Maya makes mistakes, people have started calling her a vamp?!
Just because she does things to bound her love, she has become the vamp in everyone's eyes!
Maya makes mistakes due to her mental issues and insecurities!
She had genuinely tried to fit into the sharma family, no matter what anyone says. She spoke to her Ganesha and was willing to whole heartedly accept Arjun's family and friends. Yet those family and friends either refused to accept her or betrayed her friendship. Saanjh said she was Maya's friend, and what a friend?! A friend that called Maya's husband to a restaurant late at night and tried to smooch him while he was sober!
After all those insults and rejections what sane woman would want her husband to live around those people?! Over the years I'm sure Arjun did many more things that only increased Mayas insecurities! We have only heard of Arjun's side of the story, that is portraying him as a tortured husband!
But what about Maya's story, what about the torture that she started Facing as soon as she married him?! What about the baby that she lost?! What about the insults that she faced publicly?!

I don't understand, if Arjun was noticing Maya's strange behavior, why didn't he take her to a specialist in all these years?!

PS anyone saying that Maya is definitely ashwin's killer:
FYI- it's not hard to use a syringe and she had access to the syringe cuz she was in an ambulance... she just sedated him for gods sake! (diabetics use syringes to inject insulin all the time)
And she used her right hand, whereas Ashwins killer used their left hand

I think samay has something big to do with ashwins death which is why jhanvi was brought into the room... jhanvi won't witness samay and she won't be able to react if he has done something in the past...

10/10...I agree 100%. Vandana threw garbage on Maya,does any sane person do that? Arjun needs to remember that.

Arjun seems to have forgotten all the pain that Maya got in her sasural! he forgot that she was insulted and she even lost her baby cuz of his so called friend!
What he remembers is his pain and suffering from the past 3 years
He is quite selfish I must say!

It's height of stupidity when ppl call Maya a vamp. Lol. It's like calling Amy dunne a vamp in GG. Joke!!

Maya is the lead/ protogonist of beyhadh. Without her the story can't move forward. The writer will b lost. But without saanjh the savior

.. the story can move ahead smoothly.

Coming to the murders... Y I feel Maya has done it sometimes coz nobody else in this show has that guts... And such a strong motive to kill. I feel only Maya had an ultra motive to kill her father. I just can't think of anyone else. But so what...She is my fav character..N will always be!!

I hope whatever u said about samay turns out to b true.

I dont find Maya vamp at all.. I find her an interesting character.
A show nvr runs on vamp. But in this show if Maya acts r stop, show me bachega hi ni kuch dikhane ke liye. Show me rahega tb kya ..so she is not the vamp. She is a central character of the show and the story is about how she effects other character lifes.
She is flawed. But not a vamp.
And to be true, evry character in beyhadh is flawed. Maya maybe extreme. But this is what the show is about..
A show like beyhad doesnot run on a grl next door love story with a good heroine loving a good boy but boy being attracted towards villian and later realising his true love. Thier is no good grl here, no good boy here and no villian here..

Maya is both a hero and a villain. Basically she is the lead protagonist! Beyhadh is HER story. A Vamp is just a women with some axe to grind with either the hero or his family or heroine etc. Maya IS the story. So there is no issue of her being a Vamp.

I think people have got so used to seeing Mahaan devi's and doormats with no self respect as heroines or leads, that they think a female who stands up for herself, who breaks relationships because she is not happy with them, who is not perfect and capable of manipulation is actually a "Vamp". This is only possible on Indian TV! People have been so conditioned to seeing Gopi Bahu or Sasural Makki types that they can't even imagine someone like Maya being a heroine!

Fact remains, Maya is not "good". But neither is she totally "bad". She had good qualities. But most have been submerged in her insecurities and obsessions. She is so afraid of losing Arjun that she has imprisoned him. Similar to what she did to Jhanvi. What is inconvenient about Beyhadh is that it doesn't have just white and black characters. No one is perfect and no one is a Mahaan godlike character. Even Saanjh has acted in the wrong way many times. No amount of white washing will change that. Maya is wrong too. So is Arjun, Vandana, Ayaan, Jhanvi. In fact everyone. They all act like humans! They are not caricatures but based on real people! Real people are always grey. To what extent and what shade is determined by their circumstances and their character! That is it!

I don't get all these comments of Maya sexually assaulting Arjun! I have not seen any such thing. She has touched Arjun, sometimes when he is asleep sometimes when he is awake. But she has never tried to have Sex with him when he was unconscious! That "sedation" in the ambulance was to stop him leaving, NOT to sexually assault him. I don't get what part of that was a sexual assault. Yes it was an "assault" coz she sedated him. But after that she just slept on his chest. I didn't see any sexual violation? Don't get that part at all. Even the part where Maya tried to seduce Arjun and there were all these comments of Rape? What rape? She didn't force him. So how can it be assault? If your wife / husband, makes advances towards you, that is them trying to get close or seduce. If you don't want to engage in it and say no but they force themselves on you, THAT is assault. I didn't actually see any such extreme take place?

Ayaan's actions? I was shocked by them. But I will reserve jusgement till the episodes because I still can't believe what I saw! Will he really tear Maya's clothes and push her around? I hope not. I am saying it more for Ayaan's sake! I understand his anger and in his shoes I would be angry too. But this is only going to ruin him. So I hope he doesn't do any such thing. He has NO idea who he is engaging with. All this time Maya liked him. But after this incident, he will be in the bad books too! She will surely not spare him at all. Samay? He seems like an obsessed guy just like Maya. I am waiting to see more of him to figure him out!
