Rape or not, but tearing woman clothes is not justified. He did that and also his dialogues that he will do something worse and she wont be able to meet anyone eyes was in no way good comment for a woman.
Its like if a women murdered someone thn its ok from victim family to molest or manhandle that woman as she was evil..
Seriously yaar.. Hating Maya is one thing but to go on to justify a man manhandling woman is not done..
Maya may hve guessd he will fight wth her but how will she knw he will tear her clothes..
Yes he didnot rape. But he did tried to force himself upon her for whatevr reason. Its not done.
If a woman is evil it doesnot mean she can be molested and manhandled in name of punishing her or teaching her a lesson..
(This is my second account btw)
I have not justified Ayaan's actions even once in the post. Read over it carefully please before making sweeping accusations of me justifying manhandling or molestation. I was CRYSTAL CLEAR - "what Ayaan did he shouldn't have done."
But please answer my question - which is worse, being manhandled for a few minutes or masterminding and placing a FALSE accusation of rape on an innocent man? You're comparing an ant with an elephant!
And don't tell me Maya is a weak, vulnerable - she's committed acts of murder, she's stabbed a man like Ashwin, she has a punching bag at her house! She can defend herself! This entire manhandling is just a dikhava.
This accusation can ruin a person's life. It is so clear that injustice is being done with Ayaan, and you're supporting Maya?! She's the one who wanted all this to happen in the first place!
And if Maya didn't want to be "manhandled," she shouldn't have locked Ayaan's brother away, freakkin tied to a bed like an object! Ayaan only got aggressive when he was being stopped from reaching his brother. If Maya had given him the keys, like he asked, and let him get to Arjun (who, btw, isn't her property), she could have avoided being manhandled! But she chose not to, guess why... because it was her plan all along!
She's probably disappointed that he didn't go forward with the act, Samay ruined it all!
I agree manhandling is UNACCEPTABLE, but he was fed with horror stories of Maya's wrath over his own brother and was in a drunken state! I agree this still DOESN'T JUSTIFY it, but he only got violent when she stopped him from seeing his brother! She could have avoided that!
WHAT AYAAN DID WAS WRONG, but she could have avoided it easily!
And I'd like to remind you that you're defending a woman who's stopped her husband from preventing the "rape," decorated the house to look like a rape scene (broken glass and furniture), locked her mother away to prevent her interfering in the scene, set up CCTV to catch it all on camera, and called the police just in time to catch him in the act! She knew this was gonna happen! She asked for this! She wanted the crime to happen!
Thank goodness Ayaan didn't actually go forward with it and make Maya's mission a success.
