I think all the talk about mental illness is up give her an excuse and absolve her of all her responsibilities.

It is like that they do not have a courage to show to greedy manipulating woman as a lead. They want to tell us -- see maya is good girl and all this is not her fault because she has a bad past.

Sorry! Not so obvious to me. The above mentioned behavior is mostly manipulative types.

She may or may not be insane. My point is that they haven't distinguished it enough from other garden variety vamps. Mental illness is just providing her an excuse for bad behavior.

I rarely see "obsessive, psychopathic" female characters. Most of them are men.
The only ones I can remember are Mehek ( Yeh Vaada Raha) and Charu (Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke).
Female vamps are all shown to have their own motives behind their revenge and destructive mode. None of them were Maya type with a mental disorder (PTSD or OCD) except the above two.

Here TM questions about maya but you speaking about other person.
There is not a single thread without bashing other actors.

exactly. who said she is ill? I said depression is a mental disorder. not illness. mental illness and disorder are 2 different things.

Maya is a psycho , has depression,. they are both mental disorders. and for medical help she needs to see a psychiatrist. calling her dangerous than vamp is insensitive. anybody in this world with an abusive childhood tend to b mentally very weak. a persons childhood days are very very important in his life. she is very insecured. she intentionally doesn't want to hurt anybody.

Did u see me using abusive language towards any actor here ?
I'm just stating the fact regarding the show and TM is surely mistaken here protagonist to be vamp.

She definitely has some psychological issue. She needs medical help. She's a vamp with psychological disorder.
