So the war has started. Because the dance is continuing. Time or Samay has revealed himself to Maya. Who he is. He is Saanjh's fiancee. But still Saanjh doesnt know the connection between Samay and Maya. But yes Samay had to come. Saanjh stopped Samay from coming. But I had told he will come through summons. Exactly he has come through summons. Now the most interesting point here is. Samay tells Ayan was not trying to rape Maya. So it is Karmasakshi speaking. So I will take it as the truth, he was not trying to rape. He was searching keys, it was physical assault and intimidation which ended up as attempt to rape as Maya felt that way.

Yes she felt that way. It was very clear in the way she was explaining. His dialogues and then the fact she felt dirty when he touched her. Yes Maya was cringing when she was telling that. The bruises in her body is the testimony of the attack. Samay told the truth. He told it was not attempt to rape. He exactly told what he saw. Maya's prosecutor made it attempt to rape while Saanjh listening to assault told Ayan had the right to rip apart Maya's dress.

So it is Maya's feeling and Saanjh's vendetta to prove Maya bad and mad that has resulted in wrong crime for Ayan. Yes he should have been punished under physical assault, trespassing and intimidation.

The bruises in Maya's arms were real and yes we know that Ayan did take her arm, pushed her and Maya did struggle a bit. It is not Ayan didnt do anything. It was not attempt of rape. So we are back to twilight zone. Yes a crime was committed, but punishment went in wrong category.

Yes I feel Maya did tamper with CCTV camera as Ayan has no clue on where all CCTV cameras are kept. Medical report I feel she didnt tamper with.

Maya is afraid of Samay. She looked frightened when she saw him. Yes Samay has not broken Saanjh's trust because prosecution lawyer clearly told he was bought in. Maya will be more afraid of Samay as she knows he is Saanjh's fiancee. Samay will engage Maya in a very interesting dance now. A dance where she is distracted

But things are not going to end here. Samay has opened a war front. Dusky will go for appeal. And this time she is going to come prepared. Prepared with Maya's past. Every aspect of Maya's past will be brought out. Because Dusky wants to win against Maya at any cost. We still have both the ladies in equal terms. But the dance has moved to a different level.

For me Saanjh could have won the case if she had looked at it objectively from a physical assault perspective and allowed Samay to come. But in her need to seperate Arya, in her need for vengeance she forgot to feel as a woman. What a woman will feel when her clothes are ripped apart and another man touches her. The case could have been closed with Ayan getting lighter sentence or punishment for physical assault and intimidation. But she has to prove Maya bad and mad and she justified Ayan can attack Maya to search keys.

It was as expected. Maya defends herself after the lousy way of defense she got. Then everyone gets voice and yes Samay finally provides her jacket.

Samay will not come on his own but he will come..ur words came true..

Is that u meant by samay test..In present he supported Maya and in past win goes for saanj..

Ayan paying for his mistake and VM gonna cry..

Time for vm curses to play out..

Samay and Maya equation would be interesting to watch..Now she knows he is saanj bf. What next..Arjun reaction would be treat to watch..

Maya took away everything from Arjun cabin and leaving him lifeless and being friend with samay equals VM curses and saanj saves Arjun from maya..Phase 2 ends..

Shruti, do you still feel that Maya is innocent after today's episode? Everything feels too perfect, too soon.

Maya framed Ayan for sure. That's the only visible way for the story to move forward now.

Maya has been turned from charcoal-gray to coal-black. Sad, this leaves no scope for Maya Mehrotra to appear any distinctive amidst 256849680 other ordinary television vamps.

Creatives shouldn't have gone this route.

As we sow, so shall you reap. Ayaan did commit a crime and he's going to be punished for it. There are people arguing how Maya is framing Ayaan, he's innocent etc etc. But I strongly believe that he committed a crime. Maya described it so well today. Ayaan's crime was, he touched a woman without her permission. He manhandled her in the name of revenge. No woman, not even the worst ones deserve this kind of punishment. Yes, Maya admitted her mistake too. She went "beyhadh" in her love for her husband. She drugged him and tied him up. Yes all these are punishable mistakes. But not the punishment Ayaan gave her. That was his biggest mistake.

I loved Maya today. She voiced out the feelings of a violated woman. Someone touched her body without her permission and she has every right to feel disgusted. She said it right, "rape is the only crime where the victim becomes the culprit". Only crime where the victim is hunted down again and again. The only crime where the most intimate secrets of one's life are brought into a public court and the person's character is maligned. That is some hell for sure. No woman would want to go through all that. Everything Maya said today was right. She voiced out the hurt and displayed the marks that most people hide from the society.

The question she asked Saanjh was spot on "dosti toh nibali par thodi insaniyat bhi dikhati". Yes Saanjh forgot that she herself was a woman when she publicly disrobed Maya. She was enjoying Maya's tears with a sadistic pleasure. Not once did she think as woman. Her agenda was to prove Maya mad and bad and break the couple forever. She was focused in it so much that she forgot what her case was actually about. She made this into a rape case when she could have easily portrayed it as a case of physical violence and a crime committed under the influence of alcohol and anger. Saanjh ruined Ayaan in her need to make Maya look bad.

Arjun's anger was justified today. His wife was made into a laughing stock today, she had to publicly disrobe herself to prove her innocence and yet Saanjh was still slinging dirt at her. Arjun's dialogue to Saanjh was right to some extend. Yes did she fall so low that she forgot who she was, what her upbringing was and how to treat a woman in public. Arjun couldn't even bare to see his brother's heinous act today. Today Arjun Sharma acted as a husband rather than a brother. And also Saanjh with her selfishness made sure that Arjun's going to hate his brother for the rest of his life. It was not Maya who broke the Sharma family today, it was Saanjh herself. This is what happens when one thinks themselves above God. They forget their worth and ends up destroying everything.

Going by last few eps, sply the last episode I felt Maya this time is saying the truth, but Saanjh might prove Ayan is not guilty n finally we will see Maya's redemption. But today it's clear Maya has staged it. Ayan had done physical assault but Maya accused him for attempt to rape. DNA reports can also be hampered if possible. And CCTV is clearly manipulated. Also I did feel that she had gripped Ayan when he was lying on her(as Saanjh said) in Samay's FB.

But the way Maya speaks abt Ayan touching her and her feeling "Ganda" also her FBs say that she felt humiliated badly. Maybe her mental condition makes her incapable of differentiating between appropriate n inappropriate touches as every word of her sounded genuine

And now we know why CVs wrote prev episodes and Saanjh's behavior in such a shoddy manner.. to make us feel that maybe Ayan is actually guilty. But I have to say Saanjh's behavior was too harsh like those defense lawyers who harass victims.

Well this is not the Maya we wanted, but then beyhadh wasn't promoted as any happy love story, it was always a dark thriller. So this is real Maya and her beyhadh. Now Saanjh will be digging out Maya's past.

@krystal it is still in twilight zone for me. Because when Maya was explaining her wounds the FB came to her. That gives me a feeling, she felt it was attempt to rape. But Samay's testimony proves it was not. It was physical assault. Ayan cannot escape physical assault and intimidation. This one he is guilty off.

I was yesterday thinking when Maya was stripping why the Goddess of justice was shown. The beauty of Goddess of justice is she doesnt see who is standing. it is about the balance in her hand. The balance takes into account everything. It is for the prosecutor and defense lawyer to ensure all the facts are properly presented. Did Saanjh present it correctly. She went overboard with Maya manipulation and too much of Arjun life to the extend she told any brother would have ripped apart Maya's dress. No you dont do that. A saner person has better options.

And even when Samay gave his testimony she didnt feel like cross examining him, why he felt it was not attempt to rape. Prosecution lawyer drew his conclusion.

In a way perception won. The fact you know everything won. Nobody's ego is affected. In the real war of dharma your ego is killed. As it is ego that creates perceptions.

So I will be following Samay. What he tells. Because he is the voice of truth, and Maya is the voice of perception . That's why their dance is interesting. You have to,listen to Samay and correct the perception. You have to hear him fully. I am happy CVs have kept the metaphors exact. I love them for that.

@jane but I felt sorry for Arjun and Ayan. If Saanjh could have thought above her ego she could have avoided it. She as a lawyer could have bought the much needed objectivity to it.

@aditi when Maya spoke I could feel one thing about her. She infact felt dirty about that touch. I dont think she faked that part. Her eyes didnt give any indication of fakeness. I was keenly observing her eyes. But Ayan was guilty of physical assault. That's truth. Saanjh cannot escape that truth. It was her need to escape that truth which made her ask Samay not to come. See it reflected very badly on her. More than Maya, Saanjh failed Ayan today. She failed Arjun today when she made all their intimate details public. Now of course is past. As only past can take down Maya.
