So guyz This is my first post in this forum

First I just want to clear that am neutral Here neither sanjh fan nor maya

I just want to say plz Stop fighting over sanjh and maya

Plzz accept this fact that sanjh is a positive character and maya is a grey character.. U cant change this fact.. Its a damn storyline of serial

Remember the tittle is beyhadh "Hadh se ziada kuch acha nhi hota pyar bhi nhi"

The story is about maya obsession..

Obsession is never good for love na??? It never wins

Ab maya ka beyhadh pyar k consequences to dikhai ga na wo dramay mei warna asay drama kaise chalay ga..😉

What are saying sanjh is a positive character!!! 😲 😲 don't u know she is mistress, S**T, shipra 2.0 .. she has committed some biggest sins (according to the forum) and u saying here she is positive.. and maya no no she is just misguided by the society .. maya baby ki jaye hoon

Don't take this as criticism, it is purely my opinion. Yes Maya is grey and different from other soap heroines. Even I want to say Saanjh is not fully positive, but not negative either. All characters are grey in the show, nobody is fully white washed or complete dark except Ashwin of course. Everybody has their own flaws. Maya's obsession is dangerous, tagline also itself not just love, but everything over confidence, ambition, too much selfless love, hatred, excessive is also bad. They also cannot show Maya's obsession, romance, or friendship for all 260 episodes. They have to show certain layers of each characters, their connecting pasts. I fully agree lets enjoy this thriller roller coaster ride

This is sick man... U r contradicting so much!! U say u r neutral.. but still u support saanjh .. u say u don't want Maya vs saanjh fights... but u created a topic just for that!!! LOL speak facts. U r pointing at a specific ppl here.

I signed up to see Maya's obsessive love only!! Who said Maya is clean?? She is grey from the start. I know she is pyscho n may have committed murd ers also... but soo whattt. I still still like her. It's only the other characters which have kept changing. From saanjh to everyone.

Saanjh is positive hahahaha joke of the millennium. Am sure u haven't been following beyhadh fully.

Thanks for reminding us the tagline of beyhadh!!

Exactly.

People often are mistaking negative/grey with positive with some mistakes. Every character has done mistakes in every show in the world but you don't call them negative/grey

Negative/grey character is the one which does hurt people intentionally for longer period of the story, which lies manipulates others. And this is what Maya is. She plays games/tricks and manipulates everyone. She does with Vandana/Sanjh. She is obsessive which is clearly evident.

And Sanjh , for gods sake, she is positive character who did mistakes. And she did not kiss Arjun, that was one moment where she was loosing it and she herself stopped it. She never intentionally tried to separate Arjun-Maya, Arjun from his family or hurt Maya. She supported Maya in front of Vandana all time.

i never knew Calling your childhood friend at night is mistake and makes you negative😕

its high time people accept the truth and stop justifying Maya by pointing fingers at other characters. Frankly Maya is very intriguing character, I just watch because it gives very new feeling on Indian TV. But I would never justify her wrongdoings or say she is better than sanjh as person.

I find quiet many people here justifying Maya's wrong doing with bad past or psychological illness.. Which is absolutely find nothing wrong in that.. It is illness which needs healing.. But those same people fail to understand point of views of other characters... Just as @kankabhor mentioned, saanjh didn't kiss arjun, it was just a flow of moment, but the moment she saw the tatoo she stopped herself and took on the control.. Which is indeed a big thing.. People won't apply *Psychological* perspective here.. To find difference between being in Control and someone who is Uncontrollable.

Again... I am NOT justifying Saanjh was right, (Definitely she was wrong... Disagreeing, it is ok to call your childhood friend to restaurant, but not married one and get weak in front of him when he confesses love in drunken state) ... If Saanjh was wrong at that time, Maya is definitely wrong...but those who justify Maya's action with psychological illness, they need to accept even Saanjh was psychological weak at that moment.

However, even if I do not support wrong done by Maya of killing and manipulating people, I strongly believe that she deserves guidance and happiness. Probably, a moment of realization, help, to divert her negative emotions and energy to something constructive.

They have changed her character completely post leap. Jealousy and OCD was fine before leap and seemed little more normal... But now if she is really a murderer, its gonna be very difficult to keep her in phase of happier ending.

Hello firstly welcome to the forum and to start with as u said the tagline of the show says Hadd se jyada kuch bhi acha nahi hota,pyaar bhi,the tagline focusses more on the word pyaar which means Maya's possessive love but the tagline also says hadh se jyada "Kuch" bhi acha nahi hota that(kuch bhi) can be anything friendship indicating saanjh ,over ambitious indicating Arjun,inshort everything should be in limits

And when it comes to the characters all of them are grey,in real life too nobody is "doodh ka dhula" everyone has something negative in them which they don't want the world to know about ,with every episode we will get to know more about the other characters as well

I remember Saanjh shouting at Arjun in Lonavla that he should have let Maya jump off from the hot air balloon when Arjun explained to her that he held back Maya to save her as she was about to jump off from the balloon when her proposal ring fell off. Would a positive character have said that? Saanjh also has shades of grey.

Welcome to the forum.

Yes the tagline was what you mentioned. They promoted the story telling that it's two shades of love, one is obsessed while the other is selfless.

BUT they completely messed up Saanjh's character. Right now she does not look selfless from any angle. She's just as selfish and obsessed as Maya.

At least Maya and Arjun has a broken family background where as Saanjh has such a wonderful family, caring parents and good upbringing. Yet she's on the wrong road and that's what makes the character annoying.

Even I used to like Saanjh initially but now I hate the way the character has developed.

Dear topic maker...first of all, welcome to the forum!! 😊

but just 1 word of advice...we dont need more posts about maya vs sanjh...dont we have plenty already? 😆

such posts become battlefields in no time 😉

but since u have created this post, here is my opinion:

NOBODY is perfect...not in this show, not in real life...

nobody are saints...some have jealousy, some cannot control anger...some have trouble with greed...some feel guilty but cant do anything about it...all that is normal its completely human to feel like this...

there are only extents as to how much a character/person can control their negative emotions...

So yes...sanjh makes mistakes, but that's human...she clings...that's aftermath of her love for her closest childhood friend...she doesnt move on despite million times being told by show characters as well as forum members...guys, she will move on only when the DIRECTOR tells her too 😆 also, if she were REAL and not REEL, its really hard to leave behind in ur life what u once considered ur "life"...so no matter how much ppl are frustrated with sanjh...lets not be too harsh
