The nurse thing I agree has surely sowed an idea in her head and even I guess it's gonna be the either of the two you mentioned.
Seeing Arjun character slowly turning grey even I had felt that this story is surely going the GG way...
Also today one thing I felt a bit confused about is Maya thinks arjun is slowly accepting her lifestyle and loving her family... In fact it seemed she is impressed by Arjuns change while to us his dialogues are appearing as he's happy to have married a rich girl. Did u notice when Maya was saying all these to Jhanvi her eye expressions were trying to warn her or whateva maybe... at least to me it appeared she was trying to give signals that Maya is making a mistake!
From yesterday's episode I felt Maya's is now aware of Arjuns real intentions and slowly will show him his place but today it seemed she was quiet happy with his love for her money and power.

I don't think Maya really cares about Arjun's love for money and power A LONG AS he loves her. She knows she can satisfy his materialistic desires and the fact that he WANTS all that she has to offer means that there is an additional reason why he will always be with her or choose her over others. The day she feel he does not love her anymore is the day she will set out to destroy him.

Maya's definition of love is twisted that way because of the dysfunctional relationship that she has seen between her parents. Jhanvi loved Ashwin and would have given him all her money had he just continued to love her. The fact that Ashwin never loved Jhanvi but just loved her money was the issue in that relationship.

Here as of now it looks like Arjun does have some sort of love for Maya but also loves the package that comes with her. Now what percentage of his "love" is for the money and what percentage is for Maya is what we have to still see.

The only thing Maya has wanted from Arjun is love and she is ready to give him anything and do anything to get that.

I thought Maya's poison dialogue to Arjun was a subtle warning that as long as there is love she will never let poison into their lives but the day love does not exist she will destroy him.

@TM: Oh wow. Yet to watch the episode but some of the comments here confuse me. I thought Maya now wants to separate Arjun from his family because Vandy isn't ready to accept her come what may. Is that right? So where does the pregnancy feature in such a scenario? Isn't that an age old trope shown in old BW movies about how if there's a tiff b/w MIL and her bahu, a baby could almost magically solve all the problems?😆

I agree about the consummation thing but if her fainting in the precap is going to lead to her being declared pregnant then that will be so stupid. Even if she fakes the report how are they going to justify that Arjun believes that she is pregnant literally one day after they consummated? 😕😛

About MPD I'm not sure how it works scientifically but I think that each personality is aware of the other. They might all think they are different people who are not responsible for each other's actions but they know that each other exists and to some extent even knows what the other is doing. If you've seen the movie Split in that the main character has some 23 odd personalities and they all are aware of each other and know what the other is doing. Also, as per that movie the dominant personality can actually control the submissive ones and make them do their bidding.

Maybe that is what is happening here. The dominant personality in Maya is aware of the other docile one and is in control pretty much the whole time. The dominant one only lets the docile one take over when she does'nt perceive any danger to herself i.e during her romantic moments with Arjun, or when she is praying to God etc.

If they wanted to justify an MPD I am sure there are ways they can do that as MPD is a highly grey and debatable subject where no one really knows all the answers.

Maaya 1 was excited with the idea of a baby...For herself.. .Sheyearns for a happy family which she never had in childhood...

I really need to see a major confrontation b/w both the Mayas. If this is MPD, it's really confusing for me as a viewer as I'm unable to understand where the switch actually happens.

Not sure what they plan to do with a pregnancy track but today's episode definitely hinted that something related to a pregnancy might come up soon. Now whether she fakes it or becomes pregnant we'll have to wait and see.

If she does use the pregnancy card I don't think it will be because she wants Vandana to accept her, it will be like her final plan against Vandana to ensure that there is no way Arjun will ever leave Maya and go back to Vandana irrespective of what she (Vandy) says or does.

Also I don't really understand what Maya is trying to do currently. It looked like she wants to separate Arjun from his family and she seemed to be happy about it yesterday but then today she again went to Vandana and was trying to get her to accept her. She was harping on about not wanting to break the house and wanting to make Vandana forgive and accept her. I am not sure WHY exactly?😕 Why is she still trying to get Vandana's approval is beyond me?? What is her plan here??

About the pregnancy bit, I think maaya (the original one) is very excited about a baby as she yearns for a proper family. It has nothing to do with Vandana, imo

The other Maaya has become very dangerous indeed...There will be a major tussle between both maayas later, but Saanjh's intervention during the 7th vachan will make original Maaya stop the other Maaya from killing Arjun...

if she is actually diagnosed with MPD then yes, Maya 1 will certainly be happy with the idea of pregnancy

I think that for now Maya will lie to everyone that she is pregnant
But then will ask Arjun for a baby
She will tell him she wants a baby because then maybe vandana will accept her
Then I think Maya and Arjun will try for a baby
Just my prediction ;)
