Your theories have been laid down well, but given that both Arjun and Saanjh (in particular the latter) have been shown to have a strong moral compass so far, it looks unlikely.
Early in the show, there was talk of Arjun playing a double role and if that was the case, we could certainly have seen Arjun as the villain.
Jhanvi's theory is possible but her behaviour so far doesn't seem to indicate that of a killer- her outburst at Maya when she burnt Ashwin's gift, her plea to Maya to stop the wedding when the fire was on, her relative weakness in front of Ashwin (even cleaning up that cake in the floor in the earlier epi's)
Good or bad, that's why I've liked the show so far. They've kept all the angles open so far.

This scenario is quite possible but I personally don't endorse it.
I'm still gunning for the show to go the Gone Girl way. Haha.

Btw, just an observation from Tuesday's episode. I feel the opening scene was carefully orchestrated by Maya to get into Vandy's good books. I do not think she genuinely meant any of it.😆Gone Girl is a psychological thriller about a woman who fakes her death and frames it on her own cheating husband using a huge set-up. It's a must watch!

I don't think Maya was faking there...She doesn't yet know about Arjun's truth, if indeed this aspect of the story is true...Gone Girl seems to be super exciting...Would love the show to go that way, if Arjun is indeed using Maya...
