The only reason I can think is he wants to get back at Arjun for breaking his daughter's heart.

He knows that one of Arjun or Maya will be prime suspects if Ashwin dies (more so Maya because of her past). If Maya gets arrested, that leaves Saanjh's path clear. If Arjun gets arrested, he'll never be able to live with Maya and will effectively suffer the same way as Saanjh.

Like we've thought before on these boards, there doesn't seem to be a solid enough reason for Prem, but revenge can be a solid motive.

Does feel slightly odd that he didn't come to the wedding.

I think its too far fetched...Prem was quite reluctant abt attending any of marraige rituals ri8 from beginning..But at d end its a thriller so anything can happen...But Jhanvi is quite intriguing now...She has smthg untold abt her!!

Unless they actually show it or explain it. We can't keep assuming things about arjun father an vandana. Saying things like she got in between them or ruin their family is just one sided. We're all thinking of the reason why arjun could hate vandana. We all notice how in the beginning arjun an vandana. Relation was cool until that one eps. And after that one eps they got together like that eps never happened. I don't think vandana was a home recker. I thing situations just happens when a person is desperate or it happens at the wrong time.

@angel everyone was shouting Arjun perception Vandana got between him and his father. Again it is Vandana's perception Maya is between her and Arjun. If she can give space to that relation, her space also will remain the same. Vandana at this point want to deny that space to Maya, just like Arjun as a child had tried to deny that space to Vandana.

One thing I am noticing Jhanvi doesn't at all want Maya & Arjun to stay in her house. She's like ready to get them out of the house. Is Ashwin hiding somewhere inside the house or what!

curious question, why didn't maya and arjun consummate yet? they are in love and they share the bed. what excuses did cv's make up this time? I don't care but it is unrealistic.

@pom they had only one night together. Maya slept. The next day they have rushed to Jhanvi, came back to get honey moon tickets. Well if they had gone they should have consummated but then lo police officer had come.
