In jail, Arjun and his inmates fight for the food. One of the elderly persons calls Arjun and said, "Come here. We will share the food."
That person's name is Sultan Mirza. He shares his food with Arjun.
Arjun: I'm Arjun Sharma.
Sultan: I feel sorry for you. May I know the reason for what you got the sentence?
Arjun: Well, I got the sentence for the murder which I did not commit. I am in love with a girl but for my step dad, his ego was more important. He fixed up my engagement without asking me or informing me or even without knowing what I want. When I went check in that room whether something is missing, I found his dead body. My stupid servant has made a huge mess.
Sultan: Even I took someone else's blame on myself. But there is one way to get away
Sultan: If you know someone or if anyone comes to visit you, ask them to arrange the boat for you so when you dig the gutter, it will be ready for you.
Maya and Saanjh visit Arjun in jail who gets elated to see her. Arjun and Maya hug each other. Suddenly he finds his shirt getting wet. After breaking the hug, he sees the tear rolling from her eyes.
Arjun: Hey Maya, why are you crying?
Maya: It is all because of me. For me, you have fought with your dad.
Arjun: No Maya. It is not like that. I love you so I have to keep up to that at any cost. Your tears will make me weak. Only your love and support can be my strength,
Maya: Tell me what I can do for you?
Arjun: Well, the task is risky.
Maya + Saanjh: We are ready to do anything.
Arjun: Tonight, I will be escaping from here via gutter. Yo guys need to arrange the boat for me.
Maya + Saanjh: Done.
Inspector: Your meeting time is over, you guys should leave.

When they are leaving, Maya said, "Saanjh, I am sorry for what has happened with you."

Arjun and his inmates plan to escape from jail.

All of them go near the s*****t. Arjun said, "Dig this and see that the gutter opens out. That is the way to escape.
The inmates said, "Wow, we thought we are very clever but you have turned out to be cleverer than us."
All of them dig the place. After the gutter is opened, all of them escape from jail. Maya and Saanjh pick up Arjun from the boat. The cops chase everyone but no one comes to their hands.
Arjun: Girls, you can go home now. I will catch you all later.
Maya: I can't leave you like that. Your life is at risk.
Arjun: I can't put your life at risk.
Arjun drops both the girls to their places & goes to his house. Vandana sees him & is happy. She hugs him.
Vandana: How come did they leave you.
Arjun: I have escaped from there.
Vandana: You hide somewhere else as the cops will come here & do the investigation at our place first.
Arjun thinks of hiding in Saanjh's place as the chances are lesser to get spotted out. Arjun goes to Saanjh's place for the refuge who accommodates him.
Saanjh: You freshen up. I will make tea for you.
The cops are in search of Arjun. Saanjh gives him the bed wherein he can spend one night before meeting Maya. She kisses his forehead before going to bed & dreams about him. The dream song is
