Except Jennifer & Ashish's terrific performance, the show is a dud. Sony is right in cancelling this garbage.

No wonder the show failed to impress the audience btw I heard people saying it's the no.1 show online what is source of this News ?

I don't know if it should go off air or not but it's definitely not a good show with a bold concept.

On Friday before the episode started there was promo of another show where the woman was dealing with her young sister being molested in school, she lost the battle then her grandmother told her about how she was molested by someone in her family, the FL Goes on to say why women have to go through this? And a male character shares his story of molestation

This is new and bold for me

Maya killed Rishi, he was innocent, who will take revenge for him? Then Maya romances his brother, What MJ did to Maya, Maya did to Rishi but no punishment for her

Maya Jai Singh gave up her identity for Rudra

They don't remember the bold concept anymore, they don't remember that Maya has to take revenge but if MJ is paying for hurting Manvi, Maya has to pay for killing Rishi

The thriller aspect of beyhadh has always been poorly written. Tbh I wasn’t even that excited when the news came that Jen would be playing Maya again because I had already seen her as that character. I wanted her to take up something new.

I had a feeling S2 wasn’t going to be as successful as the previous show due to the concept. But the last thing I expected was for Sony to consider moving it to its digital app.

I loved Bh1 with it's messy storyline and I love Bh2 with it's equally messy storyline. For me MM is a better written character though MJS is more complex, the execution has not been that good. Also MM had a novelty. It was never seen before concept of a lead on ITV play a negative character. Now that novelty is gone & is rather a benchmark for comparison.

Imo the two things that have hurt the show is a constant comparison with BH1 with the Maya-Rudra-Anu thing scaring the fans regarding Maya-Arjun-Sanjh. Another is a lack of balance along with it's non-linear format.

MJ is the main villain but for almost 45-50 episode he was mia. Rishis murder made zero sense to me except that they could not bring Maya into the Roy House without that.

Also it's not entirely improbable that love & hate can coexist. The revenge angle is so poorly written that MayRa is the only reason I watch the show. So do several.

Saas-bahu viewers were never going to watch a revenge saga over their Bhagyas. And it's not like other Sony shows have 1+ trp. The difference is marginal and a matter of viewpoint.

I think the show still has potential and can and should get it's remaining three months to complete it's story.

@Bold- The sites which publish Online TRPs and even PH and cast themselves shared on their Insta stories when the show crossed BB13 and occupied no.1 rank Online

i don't want this show to end, i like maya-mj tashan. i will not be able to see their characters together anywhere else. but yeah rudra and maya romance is bit too much and i found them monotonous. 🤔 the show should be based on maya and mj behyad nafrat but romantic angle ne beda garak kar diya. but i don't mind watching the show in digital medium as long as the cast is all there. In case jenny left the show, i will lose the interest.

you mean the ranking which IF publishes ? TBH websites like Voot/Hotstar/Liv will not publish their view stats for rivals and I emailed IF and also called their office to know how they calculate the trp's other than hmmm aaah our back end team does that the answers were unsatisfactory.. So I'd take this no.1 show online claim with a dollop of salt as some reports claimed a show Qayamat Raat as no.1 (online) when nobody gave two F's to the show

No online TRPs do have some weightage but it's obviously not at par with BARC trps which are the metric that advertiser and channel use to measure a shows popularity.

exactly, it is weird that some people actually want mayra to be the end game. how can you even think like that. just because they have good chemistry, you want them to be together, it doesn't justify the characters at all. maya love is based on lies and manipulation, she wanted to kill mj's family but wanted to keep rudra. wow. that's biggest disappointment that maya has given.
