I am too hoping for some twist to save Rishi from dying. Everyone is so sure that Rishi is dead that I don't know why I feel he won't die. It will just be a big scare to MJ. His death puts Maya more on danger front rather than advancing her plan. Whereas his near to death save will actually put MJ on danger side with Rudra and other family members against him. That is what I would call some plan. I can understand her crying and breaking too as she didn't even wanna hurt Rishi. But if she killed him than she should just be done with all melodrama and directly go for MJ next.

Actually, people all over the internet are unhappy with this except for a few and the die hard Jenny fans.

People here love to connect this show's characters with Mahabharat characters so I too will connect Maya with one Mahabharat character- Shakuni!

Shankuni's family too was killed mercilessly by Dhritarashtra and Shakuni decided to take revenge by ruining the entire Kauravas and Pandavas clan by planning, plotting and breaking the families. He knew in the end he is going to die but before his death, he said that his main goal of breaking the families and taking revenge for what his own family had gone through is fulfilled. He knew his plan will make many innocent people lose their lives yet he went ahead with it because he was so blind with revenge, anger and hatred.

Today Maya proved that she is the Shakuni of the show. She too lost her family so has gone equally blind with hatred and anger. Today one innocent life was lost because of her revenge. I really hope she too meets the same fate as Shakuni did and I hope she dies from the hands of Rudra as that's going to be her biggest punishment.

In the end I will say only one thing. Killing an innocent person or making an innocent person lose his life for what his/her family member did is not right. Period!

Shakuni family was not killed i think but defeated in war by Bhishma

And than Bhishma asked Gandhari hand for Dritharastra which Shakunis father could not refuse

I mean who would otherwise marry a blind prince/king especially beautiful Gandhari

So Shakuni was angry that Gandhari his pretty sister was forced to marry to Dritharastra
