I am new to this forum but I have been following the show from the beginning and recently also visited the forum to read the amazing analysis and discussions, wanted to join but I liked being the silent reader however yesterday's episode has left me in a place where I have a few things to say :)
Firstly I know all of us are really trying to think in different ways and trying to the connect dots about Maya's past but today's flashbacks while she was in drowned in the mud pit....it was something I didn't expect at all esspecially after her entry scene. I never thought Maya could have also been pregnant in the past and unfortunately lost her unborn baby. Her whole past seems very traumatic to me and yet she has come back strong to bring justice to herself. Maya's hatred and revenge isn't something I can be against at all esspecially after thinking about what all possibly she must have dealt with in her past thanks to maybe the whole Roy family and her unknown lover. I personally don't think MJ is her lover...she doesn't seem to me at all someone who would have been involved with a married man!! Her lover for sure is someone else and we will know only in time...but MJ has definitely caused all the abuse because she shivers when he is near....and clearly her lover wasn't the prince charming because she flinches when someone/man touches her expect Rudra now.
But I feel she has become comfortable with Rudra in time only because she has seen he is different to the clan...she has tested him and he has won agaisnt MJ for the truth and the right therefore I feel she is drawn to someone like him because she probably wanted that from her past lover but clearly he wasn't someone like that.
Thanks to the eunuch group who came to her rescue in time because this time she wasn't in the state to help herself after experiencing the similar horrific incident. The way they all were making those sounds and using their tongue...it symbolised Maa Kaali to me who destroys the evil and keeps the evil away. Maya's goodness came back to pay her back❤️
Now I know many of us are upset with Rudra's haste decision but honestly I am just feeling sorry. From the moment he arrived at her place and kept knocking, begging to speak to her once...I felt bad and thought that if she was there, how would have those two responded? Rudra was very vulnerable...he has lost self-confidence and thinks of himself whose good for nothing thanks to his father and his past too. When he got no response, he thought back to his past and felt he is again falling into a prey...therefore he ran to someone who could comfort and help him shut away from happiness and love. Although it's going to be the toughest for him and I feel he has just dug himself a deeper grave...by making promises which I also feel will be broken anyhow.
Coming to Anu, She was shocked but also happy that she was the only one he came looking for in his vulnerable state...it kinda probably makes her feel special because in a way it is a special place. Also she knows herself that he isn't in love with her but yet she is ready to be tying the knot which I also fail to understand personally but I believe some people don't think of it as a big deal...she probably still feels that if he is ready to marry me maybe will fall for me someday? Her refusing to even hear Rudra out about his past and the reason behind his sudden decision of marriage...now I wish she did hear him out but clearly she was too happy to ruin it. Again some of us might feel she should have heard him because at least then it is easier to understand someone better and why they're a certain way but maybe from her pov...it doesn't matter because it's the past and it cannot be changed. But both of them will have to bear the consequences of these choices. Rudra will not be able to keep his promises for too long and will feel all the more guilty and I don't know how Anu is going to deal with it. But what to do many times in our vulnerable state we do end up taking the big decisions in haste mannerism.
Even today MJ couldn't see Maya only because her face was covered therefore I feel there is some time before her mask comes off....she has lots more to cover. I'm now curious to see and understand her plan further...why does she want Rishi to speak about marriage because I don't think she has any plans wanting to get married or come in front of MJ...so is she trying to repeat the past? Like I have seen most of us believe that MJ has another son who was supposed to marry Maya but he didn't maybe thanks to the influence of MJ....I don't know I am just guessing.
