Power-packed episode! Actions and Reactions!

Now we are talking. I enjoyed the episode thoroughly.

The action and reaction was evident in today's episode. For Rishi, Rudra was ready to bend but not MJ. MJ says he loves his son but naah he loves the power over his son. He wants their loyalty and respect but doesn't give them the respect and independence they deserve. He took the matters in his hand and thought the reaction will be positive and he got the reaction he should have actually anticipated. Rudra can bend for his family's love but he can't bury his self respect even for that.

MJ used his power and forced Rajiv to hand over the shares. He didn't actually physically harm him but his actions were clearly a declaration of war for Maya. She took the action in her own hand and gave the solid reaction. She too asserted the power over Rajiv and physically harmed him to get to Rudra. Rudra hates liar and trust is the base of his every breath. Being accused of the very trust made him overlook his own family and he finally broke all little bit restraint he was keeping on him self.

Ananya trying to help Rudra in her own way by keeping him away from Maya was such a small action but again the reaction was large as it made Maya to go overboard. Ananya will loose the respect she had for MJ and hence some ties from Roy's. After this I believe she will stand with Rudra specially after knowing Rudra's past.

The fact that it all happened in one episode was the most amazing thing for me 😆. I love fast and active storylines and the creators gave it today. Keep up the pace. Eagerly waiting for some revelations now.

It was an amazing episode. Full of drama, fun, and heated MayRa and Mj-Rudra moments. It's long overdue to bring MJ in the front. The guy is dangerous and one needs to see just how much to consider the threat to Maya, being real.

Maya has managed to turn the game on MJs head and pitted his biggest weakness against him. But in doing so she has also revealed herself accidentally to MJ through both Ankit and even Rishi. Also much like what happens to people who dare stand against MJ- Antara tortured, Rajeev tortured, she has also exposed Rudra to MJ.

One thing that this episode cemented that Rudra maybe Mjs weakness but his family reputation and image is his biggest weakness. So it won't be past MJ for eliminating Rudra if his hand is forced. Tywin Lannister tried that too against Tyrion in GOT.

Real fun is now alizia. MJ doesnt care relations when it comes to his image and Rudra is going to know this hard way.

Exactly. MJ loves his son but he can change that love into hate very easily. He did love Antara too At one point in his life but when she became a burden for him, he handled her easily. Same way, yes a parents love for their child is purest but MJ's love is not pure. His love is based on the fact that he wants his sons as a pawn to create his empire and power. When the same son will threaten his power and test the boundaries of love, he will eliminate his own son cruelly. Your GOT reference is good that Tywin even being a parent tried to eliminate his son because Tyrion was going against his perceived image. But the thing is he never loved him from the childhood so it was easy fob him to kill his own son. Here MJ do love Rudra to some extent. So he will try to convince him forcefully and bring him back in his grip. But when his true patience will be tested then i can see MJ actually killing his own son.

MJ is a guy who uses relationships as a shield and his sons as pawns to build his empire. He wants them under his control to use whenever as required. If Rudra will stand against that very image and empire, MJ won't hesitate first to destroy him publicly and then he can even go to the extent of killing his own son.

Yah it was a great episode. I want this to be the pace as well. I agree with MJ turning on his sons for power and image.

It was indeed! I have to give it to Rajeev for fooling MJ and amir into believing that he was the real investor and selling the company shares would make them the owner of RuAn without Rudra even knowing about the underhand deal.. Eventhough seeing Rajeev beaten up black and blue may raise doubts in MJ's mind about Rajeev's intentions or if he is the brain behind all this, plus he heard Maya's voice today.. he may start putting 2 and 2 together.. Personally I feel, this cat and mouse game between Maya and MJ will go on till Maya gets Rudra on her side completely.. Obviously in this battle, MJ's weakness i.e Rudra is Maya's biggest strength..

Maya Rudra confrontation scene was also very interesting.. Rudra got so flustered just by the thought of Maya leaving shows how much he has started caring about her..her presence, even the thought of her absence bothers him..Yes, he was angry at MJ for trying to control his life/his office but when he said '' rajeev ko ek kharoch bhi ayi to apko mujhse deal karna hoga''.. I dunno why I felt he meant Maya..

Coming to Maya.. many are talking about how Maya flinched by Rudra's touch today..and the taunts to Rudra seem like their past are connected.. I somehow felt that she was just pushing his buttons.. he was anyway upset about Maya leaving his office like that and on top of that if she tells him that the reason for her leaving is indirectly his father, he is bound to get all worked up..and that's what she wanted.. she wanted to rile him up so he takes it out on his father, Maya's prime target.. the bracelet and Maya's secret lover from the past is still a mystery.. but I don't think Rudra has got anything to do with it.. I think there is another missing piece in this puzzle..

The reason he never loved him was coz he was a dwarf and therefore an embarrassment to the Lannister House. But how interesting that Tyrion went on to be the only legal Lannister alive and the Hand of the Queen/King.

Rudra has that potential. He is pretty much Mayas hand in this game. Also whether MJ loves Rudra Or loves the idea of Rudra loving him is worth wondering about.

@bold yes that and cause he lost his wife to the childbirth. He is the best character in terms of character growth. Loved his journey and his change from not caring about anyone to actual standing for what's right by the end.

Yes! Atleast MJ loved Rudra for most of his life and that will make him to control himself and try to win Rudra back. But if everything will fail him then, kill or be killed will be his last policy. He is that ruthless. But yes exploring their love and testing these boundaries would be awesome to see.

I don't know whether it was intentional on Rajiv's part to play smartly with MJ. He was in tough position and he gave up on the shares to protect himself. I commend him for standing with Maya til the very end. Maya harmed him physically but still his hatred for MJ is greater than him caring about himself.

I think so too. She was trying to find whom to actually use against MJ and now she has selected Rudra after all the tests in prev episodes. Rudra has to completely accept his position by Maya's side before facing MJ. It will take time but it was interesting that MJ came one more step close to finding Maya through that voice.

Exactly! Rudra has started to believe Maya as his companion if not friend. I don't think he is falling in love or anything but he does think of her just more than Rude gal he met at the beginning. Specially after meeting Nandini, he wants to help her out of her sad phase. The way he cracked that phone joke smiling at her sweetly indicates that. All these small things makes him want to find that same part of pain in her heart he has within himself too. Their pain connects them the most.

Indirectly it was for Maya and directly it was for anyone related to Maya. He doesn't care about Rajiv but he cares how anything related to Rajiv will impact Maya.

About that touch, I don't think it was Rudra's touch but the very fact that MJ came so close to defeating her made all the past pain surfaced and she reacted with others touch. All the dialogue bazi and trust things were to goad Rudra against MJ. She knew Rudra respects trust and loyalty more than anything.. She hit him at the very core of his being. He reacted the way she wanted him to.

MJ actually made Maya more determine to win this game.

I too do not believe Maya and Rudra's past are directly connected. They are only connected through MJ.
