Pani water, the basic medium used in yesterday’s episode whether with Rudra or with Antara or again with Rudra and Ananya.
Even after discussing so many words are not enough for what I have seen yesterday.
Firstly coming to MJ he is such a different kind of person. Even after 30 years of their togetherness doesn’t bring any value for relation with Antara in his life. And its even irony to say it in front of his mother, which is quite awful.
On the other hand, there is another possibility that anthara may be either traumatized or else she might turn the tables by changing the side.
As we know water is pure at the start and might be polluted later I hope the same happened with the character. Another point to be noted is alcohol is the one which is the reason for fire here, and the water is the thing used to reduce the fire( I mean MJ is the reason for the aag lit inside Rudra and Antara is the only medium to cool him down)
Also, the same dysfunctional family is going through some hiccups which are controlled by the same water(Antara). I mean she is the reason for Rudra to stay back, she though often neglected but she doesn’ t let MJ’s social status go down and she also seems to be holding a good relation with Mrs. Roy.
Coming to Maya and Rudra, after the sequence after the lift scene is; he felt suffocated and he came away from that place- indicating he is suffocating with the thoughts of his past later he came outside and the heavy clouds left some water down(it’s rain) and same is with Rudra his heart is heavy with the past and he let some of it go.
And here rain also diluted his pain while Maya doesn’t want to move on or dilute her pain so she held an umbrella. And we can say they both are in the same situation in their life but the pain Maya has undergone is much more than that of Rudra.
And I strongly believe that anthara might even go against MJ if Rudra changed for Maya, okay fine it's my wild guess though.
RISHI; man what is he up to. I mean I know he is not as naïve but I didn’t even think at he would switch characters this easily. For him Maya is not his love, Maya is some type of pride in front of his friends. Same as MJ who loves anthara just in front of the world.
We can see him switching between being desperate and crazy so swiftly. If we listen carefully, we can see rishi desperately calling Maya and as soon as his friend made fun of him we can see him changing his tone and Rishi Mrityunjay Roy (the name is sooo cool though) came into the picture. He said Maya is dying to love him and he even said she is crazy about him.
And finally, the way he introduced himself to Maya, Kuch Bhi bolo yeh Abhi Bhi bacha he hai. He doesn’t even know about the word consent even after Rudra and Mrs.roy's words.
and in the case of ananya Rudra was hesitant went Ananya offered to clean is head (i might be overthinking this) he didn't let her to. this also depicts the number of thoughts occupied in his brain and he didn't let anyone remove them but he took his sweet time to get over them only by himself.
I hope everything is on point. I even have a doubt after watching that lift scene that will Rudra and Maya end up together or not? any comments?
