| Post Nach Baliye and then Star's afternoon serial Bhabhi we haven't seen much of Mannish Goyal. Somehow, the actor has been in the news only for his cold war with Anuj Saxena. And now it seems he has to be prepared for one more yudh! Recently Mannish had been roped in for Star's mega show, Paraaya Dhan. The actor has also started shooting for it. But here's some inside news. A little birdie from the sets has tipped us that he was not the first choice. It was Gaurav Chopra, currently basking in the glory of NB 2, who was approached for Paraaya….. He was even scheduled to report for shooting last week. But Mr Goyal lobbied and networked for the role and because of his past affiliation with the channel (Bhabhi), he bagged it. We wish him all the best for his new assignment but we wonder if it will make much difference to his career as Paraaya….is entirely a woman dominated show. |
