Manisha Sharma was earlier in Sonytv

But she is more inclined towards Non Fiction.

I hope she doesnt repeat blunders she made in Sontv by overdependence on Reality shows.

Fiction shows are equally important. Atleast you need 4 good shows in Prime time slot with high TRP only then channel can stay on TOP

I guess it was Raj Nayak's decision to air BB 12 on the 9 Pm Slot and shift Roop BP Silsila. But his strategy backfired and looks like Colors Top Team made pressure on him and blamed him about the poor ratings overall.

Moving Bp from 9.30 to 10.30 pm actually worked into our favour else we wouldn't have got few scenes of Adiya at 9.30 slot that they can easily show at 10.30 slot...

Raj Nayak is a down to earth person on face atleast. He is more into marketing and sales. I do not think he is a financial wiz, they put him in charge of revenues

Some wrong decisions can cost a lot . This is a joint venture between Reliane industries and Vivacom. Financial backing is there, they maybe a temporary cash crunch or huge gaps in working capital as cash is rotated every day.

Some internal tussle and key members not seeing or agreeing to certain cruical aspects can also cost the channel.

I dont know whether the display is external but his overall personatily seems to be approachable with a smiling face...but if we check the CEO of SP...ZEE...they seem to be little stern...

But Anyway hume kya karna hai...with their personalities...last year BB was a huge hit...but this year it due to some wrong decisions it costed them a lot...if they would have known about the outcome of their decisions they would never have taken the decisions...anyways they also human beings and may take wrong decisions...but I hope the people associated with the channnel should not get impacted..
