I am equally disheartened that HC was not nominated in the Jury list but idk if I am being too positive, but I have a feeling he will win the popular award (well deserving as well)...but some so called fans need to understand that JW is equally deserving too! Having said this, some people NEED TO stop insinuating that JW is getting things on platter! Yes, she endorses brands, but that's not for popularity, she is a brand in herself and she gets those brands BECAUSE of her popularity, not FOR the popularity and she earned it with her hardwork. With every successful character, she just added to her feather and is in the position she is in right now. Even years ago, in 2010 she probably was/is the first TV actor who had an ad as an actress herself for Veet! Do you see her attending any TV people's parties wherein half the industry is there? She keeps to her own circle of friends all the time and continue her hardwork...why is it so hard to give her that recognition rather than belittling her achievement at every opportunity? If HC doesn't endorse brands, or do not go to places, then that's not JW's faults...why belittle her and her hardwork to appreciate him? It's better if you guys focus solely on HC if you have nothing good to say about JW! It will be better if you fight or whatever for HC rather than belittling JW again and again!!

P.S. I hope Bepannaah gets all the nominated awards because it deserves all of them! And I from the bottom of my heart wish HC gets the popular male actor award!!

but the award is not just for the character, it is for the performance, so I think Jenny is equally deserving as the others in the list (I am assuming other actresses have done great too since I haven't watched their shows expect for DT during the beginning of YHM but it's been years to that haha) ! Having said this, contrary to many, I do think Zoya is a beautiful character and her character progression has been really amazing (again, this is my opinion!) In fact, unlike many other fans, despite her ground-breaking performances, I enjoy Zoya more than I enjoyed Maya!

Yeah it indeed is baffling not to see HC in the list despite his career-best performance and also the best male actor performance I have seen on TV, but could it be a strategy that they will hand him the popular male actor award? (idk why I am strongly feeling this and I hope the feeling is true)

I agree. I love Jennifer and I think we can all agree this woman is a damn good actress but I was quite shocked to see her nominated in all seriousness, she has done justice to the portrayal of Zoya in fact she was Zoya's saving grace but Aditya as a character has been given much more complex internal dilemmas and emotional scenes than anyone else. Harshad, like Jennifer, has done more than justice to Aditya's character.
It bothers me when fandoms are disgracing themselves by attacking a co actor. Harshad would not be able to sustain this show without Jennifer nor would Jenny be able to had some chomu actor been casted in Harshad's place.

All we can do is continue to vote for Harshad to get a rightful win (though even this is a long shot). It breaks my heart to see the level of animosity award shows have shown Harshad recently. I haven't seen a better actor in years to be honest.

I had mentioned the same in another thread that there are chances of Harshad getting a nomination in popular category that's why he is not nominated here. IMO, Instead of bashing the jury members and trending on SM, we should spend more time voting for him. We have still one more month left.

Regarding the female categories, they have selected 3 ekta shows heroines and 2 colors shows heroines because the awards will be telecast on colors. Somehow I feel they nominated Jenny and Aditi just for filling up the nominations as there are more chances of one of the ekta heroines winning so we have to vote for Jenny too rigorously.

It's really disappointing that some fans are turning it into Jen vs HC in order to vent out their frustrations. It's truly stupid.

This year's nominees are pretty bizarre to begin with! Last year also JW was nominated (after BH's end) only under the critics category and not the popular and a similar kinda tabahi happened on social media for snubbing her. But she was nominated alongside other powerful actors Narayani Shastri, Sandya Mrudul et al. Same thing for the male category too. This year barring a select few like JW, ADS and both the Mohits, the others don't deserve to be on that list at all! 🥱 I mean, that Jotwani?😡

Last year the IB male lead made it to both the lists and won the popular category though
