Dear Shruti, and so we come to the end of a beautiful & all too brief journey, one which kept me enthralled from day one, never missing one day. What a contrast to a tight opening episode full of mystery and glamour. I am glad all missing ends tied up, but done too hastily. That final photo was a poignant end, I kept waiting for more but there was none, in the end there was only Zoya's famiky as main players. Aditya's line to Zoya about fate uniting them together was a direct parallel to epusode 2. In the end fate bought them together.
In retrospect I think this was the right time to end this, I cant believe I am saying this as a diehard fsn but given all the dirty games played by various powers that would be there would have been too much dilution of the story from what it started out to be. The story, cast and viewers would have deserved more. It was a stellar cast, fantastic direction & amazing chemistry in both the leads. I wish them well in their professional & personal lives.
An actors job is to entertain and they did so much more than that, they gave us hope that a new beginning can come amidst the tragedies of life and if you have loved and lost once before then it is possible to love and live again, not just a second time, but time and time again and I think that us what bought all of us viewers together, a chance to find love again in situations that break us, the little things, the bigger things. In the flaws of the characters we find acceptance as we are. So in my mind I will create a more fitting ending to Adiya or is it a beginning of their journey with their 4 kids?
I want to to thank you Shruti because you provided me much deeper analysis than was obvious just by watching, there was a depth to symbolism right from the outset. It is and remains to my mind one if the most successful shows I have ever come across and we have gained so much from it in such a short time.
Thank you too to the other forum members for their contribution & for their warm welcome to me. I shall miss my Bepannah family but will bid you adieu for now. Warmest wishes to you all. I will ve going back to watch epi 1 right through the end with fresh insight. Lets see who else joins me, regards, Wynn
