Initially when i saw this in precap i kind of didnt understand why adithya will do this to himself...But then i remembered the suicide track...after coming form hospital back to zosh zoya was not reacting at all...she was blank with zero emotions...adithya was not ready to accept this behaviour of zoya and to purposefully to get her reaction he did all the kind of stupid things and didnt give up until she was angry and he got his reaction...at that time zoya was adithya's entertainment without which life was boring to him...Today zoya is his love...he knows that she loves him back but wont accept it...so when arshad beated him and zoya screamed his name he went on to take all the beating just to make zoya realise that she cares for him exactly the same way how he purposefully used to approch mahi again and again just to get zoya irritated...Back then it was for his entertainment and today for his love...
