Perhaps Arshad is already married - he may already have a wife at home and Adi finds out about her once he reaches his home...this would tie into the whole betrayal theme and the fact that Arshad's secret is way way worse than Adi's prank

Noor's whole thing with the creepy employer seems really random at the moment - but I think Adi will ultimately save her and bring her back to Zoya's home, maybe getting injured in the process...
