I don't think Zoya will slap adi because of the prank call it might be something else. In the last episode Anjana vowed that she will do something that will separate Zoya from Adi, forever. So I think during the "handi breaking" competition anjana does something because of which arshad falls down (as shown in the segments) and Zoya thinks Adi did it and because of that arshad was hurt and when adi tells her about the feeling she thinks that he is still an immature baby who will do anything to get her thus the slap.
I actually didn't like the promo at all like Zoya is not the impulsive kind but still taking such a big decision only cause adi likes her is too silly but then again BP PROMOS ARE ALWAYS MISLEADING so I will wait for the episode and not skip the episode for the promo because in the past it has always happened that promos had absolutely no resemblance to the actual episode.
