Promos are always misleading and are Never Really Aired.

And why would Arshad even be there.

Or maybe CVs decided to pull it off because of the backlash from all SM platforms.

I think like we've seen from the majority of the promos shown before that they are not actual scenes in the episode but rather an idea for the audience as to where the track is going. (They must've put it in the pre-cap as that was the promo for the upcoming episodes rather than an scene in it,only time will tell )
We saw this during the time where aditya realised his feelings and people assumed from the promo that he was going to propose but in reality he didn't even get to tell zoya how he feels.
I feel like it may have shown us what aditya is going to think but I guess we'll find out soon..
I think something we've learnt from the show, its promos and tracks is not to judge it as we continue to be surprised and hopefully will enjoy the upcoming track.

true I think.she is rescued by Adi only but she is worried about Arshad , a casual reference about Arshad is expected ! This time it's total confusion

even precap is misleading.

Now the focus of attention is Waseem who gets hit by a stone ! Probably Arshad will forget about everything and treat Waseem
