There are different organisations working on it , you can donate through them. I donno much details. But yea this is a site developed by Kerala IT mission for the purpose where requests from all the 14 districts rescue centers are coming. There are contact info given

I so badly want to volunteer frm the organisation i wrk ..here but my parents are adamant ...they are correct in a way ..!! But the nss volunteer in me crys 😒
