I never liked Yash and I am not fond of Madhu either Yash was guilty of adultery, guilty of not managing his company well but he was certainly not a patient of mental illness and certainly not a murderer. Madhu has lost a son n no matter his faults, he was her son regardless. It is not fair that her dead son's name is dragged into something he was never a part of. All she has to hold onto, is his good memories and thanks to this accusation, even that has been taken away from her. Even when Mahi wanted to throw her out after the funeral she protested and even when Zoya was lost in the city on her first day at Zosh she was worried. Why should that woman suffer anymore than she already has? Is that fair?
Papa Hooda had nearly won the case when he put across his arguments. All he had to do was further emphasize on the fact that Aditya and Zoya had never known each other before the day their spouses died. Zosh staff had even testified against the police n told everyone that AdiYa shared nothing more than mere professional relationship. Was it really necessary to spoil Yash's name in this manner? I know everyone is rejoicing here ever since they saw the precap yesterday but I am sad for Madhu for once Suicide is an act of cowardice n an insult to a life that existed once upon a time. It was unfair!

That's exactly what I mentioned. Zoya made a very valid point in the precap. Aditya rejoicing was not good. No one knows the real mystery of this case & neither did Mr. Hooda bring it up out in open despite knowing the truth himself.
Zoya is actually right in being mad. Even saying about Pooja's character assassination for the sake of case angered Adi to the core of raising his hand on Zoya. Then why should Zoya accept it just because she was cheated. Despite cheating, Yash had the right to dignity even in death just like Pooja. I thought this track would unravel the whole mystery in detailed way but it wrapped up soon with the court case. I know they are gonna do it later but the damage on Yash-Madhu is already done. (I don't care much about Mahi even though I feel little bad for her sometimes).
Mr. Hooda today not only won the case by proving Yash committed suicide but also cleared Pooja's name from the affair & proved that there was indeed no affair between the two even when the proofs say otherwise. On the top of that Adi is not supposed to question him regarding all of this. I really hope either Arjun mentions Pooja's diary to Adi or Adi himself comes across the diary as soon as possible.
Mr. Hooda must have done something like this in the past as well to invite Rajveer's vengeance. Otherwise why would a Police officer would want to frame someone by creating false evidences if not for revenge.
