This court room drama is so time waste! I think that this was fitted into the show right now for 2 reasons :
1) Rajveer identity?
Gradually, they have shown a mutual respect and trust that has grown between the two. What stands out is that while Aditya's emotion is that of care and protection towards Zoya, Zoya's primary emotion is that of trust on Aditya. I am not saying zoya doesn't care for Aditya, but they have focused mainly on the trust that she has. Even in the new montage, the highlight is that Zoya trusts "Aditya" more than herself and anyone else.
I have a feeling, that although Aditya made the devil's deal with Papa Hooda, leaving him no choice, but to push Yash under the bus, in order to save Zoya, Zoya is not aware of this underhand deal between baap-beta. She does not know that Aditya was ready to sacrifice his life and freedom for her sake ALONE!
From the precap it seems, that Zoya is shell-shocked to hear about Papa hooda's defense. Going by her character so far, I don't think she is shocked that Yash was depressed ( because I am sure she believes HE WAS NOT), but she is shocked that Hooda Sr. is blaming Yash for his own death and calling him clinically depressed and this whole shebang of an accident - a SUICIDE!
And going by Adi's reactions, which are more true to his character, he is happy that he and Zoya are saved, and that his darling pa has managed to turn the case around.
I think Madhu is going to lose her cool on Zoya once again and Mahi will sunao her khari khoti left and right as well as tell Madhu how Zoya used Yash being dead to blame it on him and save her own backside.
My fear is that this is going to lead Zoya to think that Adi and his dad side-played her, by using her dead hubby as a pawn. Going from the montage too, I think this court room drama is gearing towards making way for misunderstanding between ADIYA and separation of some time. There will be some mistrust on Zoya's end towards Aditya now.
although, I think this separation will be very useful if CV's know how to utilize the track. I think Zoya needs some breakthrough in her emotions towards her husband. I don't think she has fully processed that he was in an EMA, cheating on her, and involved with another woman. She is still only grieving from his death and looks like she blames such a chunk of everything on her self, as if she was not good enough for that useless bloke.
I think she needs time away from Adi too, to realize his worth and how his love/care/concern for Zoya is a lot deeper and how he has his own importance and place in her life, individual from the shared tragic event they are bound by. And mainly, she needs to stop blaming herself and look at Yash, even if dead, from the perspective of someone who was cheated upon and finally learn to process that and move ahead from his "yaadein" and his "death".
But, my guess is that this focus on Adi askign her to get her own lawyer, or whether she trusts him, and her repeatedly telling him she trusts him the most and they are in this together plus the new montage, it's all gearing up for this maha misunderstanding.
But it can be good news if they show the pining Aditya and the dawn of realization on Zoya.
And please, at some point, they have to start focusing on the actual murder investigation of POOSH. And some insight into Yash! who was this guy? What was his deal? How did Pooja and Yash gradually fall in love. They took Namita Dubey and Sehban Azim just for flashback scenes? I hope they utilize these two actors to show more of their psyche, even if in Adi and zoya's flashbacks to understand what was wrong in their marriage and then understanding the difference in their relationship versus how it was with their respective spouses :P I would love to see a love track after they have dealt with their past, only to understand that what they have is true love and a more deeper relationship than they had with their spouses.
What do you guys think? sorry for the long post, but just needed to put it out there :P
