Cross examination

OK maybe the creatives Know nothing about law or logic in general but hello haven't you heard of google? You can just carry out a general Google Search and get all the info don't even need to meet a real lawyer or study actual law here. Why wasn't Mahi cross examined? If I think about it Zoya testifying against Mahi holds no ground Here or actually Mahi saying that Adiya had an affair is based on what? Her observations? What's the proof that Aditya and Zoya spent nights together? Does she have anY photo apart from the one that Rajveer had clicked, did they even show that photo as proof ??? Plus she is a relative of the person who Adiya have apparently killed.wont she be biased?why didnt Harsh cross examine her ? Instead of The whole Aditya rejected her angle they could have gone for insurance claim thing against Mahi..why didnt they all think of that??cvs just go to www.google.com and please search for some logic😆

Omg...i was going to make a post on this very issue! Why wasnt Mahi cross examined? It would have taken Adi only minutes to explain to HH about Mahi falling in love with him and him rejecting it. HH could have cross examined and immediately Mahis statement would have lost credibility. Sighhh..so many places where the writers went wrong.

😆..i still have a bit of.hope that mr.hooda.will cross.examine mahi today..or am.i being too hopeful to find some sense in this stupidest case..

cinevistaas love courtroom dramas, they must have known better abt everything bt seems for trp aunties they made this court scene soo lame😕 like this courtroom scene is the heights of illogical thinking.. i always used to defend this shws lame tracks where ppl used to get annoyed with it bt today even i cant find anything to defend this illogical track😆 wont b surprised if next weeks trps will witness a fall.. viewers of this show r not dumb cvs.. pls show logic😡

An intelligent lawyer could prove Mahi was lying all the way from start to end. When Mahi said Zoya never made any efforts to reach out to Yash's family, he should have questioned did she or her mother make any efforts from their side. They could have brought out how Zoya was treated at Yash's home when his last rites were performed. I guess all this happened because Mr.Hooda was not prepared. He is not aware of the minor details in the case. Like Zoya's equation with her in-laws and Aditya-Zoya equation with each other. I hope we see some good cross talk and arguments today. He could of course call more neutral people who work in Zosh events, to give their unbiased opinion on Aditya-Zoya's relationship. Because they clearly said they will give opinion on Adiya's favor. Mahi was not the only one working in Zosh events other than Aditya and Zoya was she.

Yes defense cross examination was missed. Usually I know the prosecution calls all its witness and once the prosecution lawyer completes his interrogation, cross examination would start.
