@Meera I also know marriage has to happen because TRP is hinged on marriage 😆😆 and I have a theory too around that. Just want to see which way it will go

Lovely analysis as usual.

Today when Zoya said that it was her decision too to run away and Adi didn't force her, somehow I felt AdiYa marriage is on the cards. It seemed to me like the cvs qave the viewers the clue that next track might be AdiYa real marriage track.

What I feel is all the accusations on their character will make both of them take this decision to get married. It will not be a majboori marriage but a marriage with full consent of Adi and Zoya. It will be like an arranged marriage but here the parents will not fix the marriage of the gal and the guy like it happens in all arranged marriages. Here the gal and the guy will choose each other as life partners and convince their respective families to accept their decision.

I liked Adi's dialogue today, "Tum nazook ho, kamzor nahi." He always used to think Zoya is a weak and timid woman but after spending more than 24 hours with her, he finally understood the real Zoya. Zoya too understood the real Adi. She always used to find Adi an immatured and short tempered guy but she saw the real Adi.

Hey Shruti, was waiting to read your take on today's episode. As always bang on post.
I agree, marriage is definitely on the cards.
But for once I would really love to see Zoya take a stand for herself. And not crying and rescued by Aditya. She has shown her strength on numerous occasions but she has never tried to defend herself.

In many customs you see, just exchanging a garland itself is considered as marriage. No need for saat phere, mangalsutra or sindoor. (I mean it is not considered mandatory).

Also during swayamvars, in the ancient times, only exchange of garlands were enough to consider two people to be husband and wife. The rest of the rituals took place later. I don't know how far am I right though.
So in that sense, Adiya are already married. They have already started taking responsibilities like a person does with his/her spouse. They just need to realize it.
And till Zoya stays with Aditya, I don't think that they would realize it.

The beauty of that scene was it was easy for Zoya to walk behind, because she could always see Adi, but when she comes in front she cannot see him, only the ghatbandhan gives a feeling he is walking behind. Zoya is not used to that. She has been sheltered. But he will teach her to walk with that feel. Adi is behind her and she doesnt have to look back. He trust her to take the lead and complete whatever they have started.

Lovely insights to the scenes, as ever.

I personally was excited to see your last para around virtue. Yes, thats what the heart yearns; and the mind is saying something else. May be another few days to wait and watch.

@geet as far as Hinduism goes gandharva vivah is approved form of marriage. Where two consenting adults exchange garland with God or nature as their witness. So with garland exchange adiya are married in a way though not legally.
