I mean, I understand all the outcry over Adi using Mahi to get to Zoya, but lets rewind a bit.

Wasn't Zoya the 'I-live-in-a-coccoon-under-a-rock-inside-a-nutshell-ever-protected-by-some-dominant-male' princess who's never seen a worry in her life? Who's always seen just goodness in people?

And wasn't Mahi the 'I-have-seen-the-real-world-and-can-even-be-a-bitch-as-I-know-how-to-fight-for-myself' kinda girl who has lived and learnt from her life without a father and can take care of herself?

Then why the sudden character shift after the goon attack? Shouldn't Zoya be the one shit scared to her bones and Mahi the one mildly relieved but still in her senses? Did I miss something?

Not that I mind as long as Harshad's onscreen..but thought I'd ask :p

Post the goon attack, a character transformation indeed happened. Mahi is being scared because she was kind of tortured by those goons than Zoya. Did you see in those fight scenes how that goon tried to hold Mahi's face, that was kind of a sudden action which even put me into shock. So how it would have felt for Mahi and that was why she is scared, i think so.

And Zoya standing up for her is nothing to do with Goon attack, that is what i think. She has some male to protect her, Yash was her everything literally so when she gets to know that what she had was a lie and built on lies then she will definitely go to the silent mode but though she is slowly getting to accept the betrayal, she is accepting that there is more than what we see. She is accepting that Yash was not good as she thought, or he had made her believe.

And Mahi's sudden love-love innocent looks is because of her attraction towards Adi. And Zoya's is due to betrayal.

Love and betrayal somehow changing them... i am not sure about Mahi's case... 😆

I think Mahi has developed a crush on Adi after he saved her and Adi knows this: because she is acting all coy, hugs him too much and Adi is pretty observant about people. Now I feel Mahi wants to fake falling in love with Adi so that she gets his share of insurance money as well. Now, there is a lot of difference between crush and love. (BTW, how did Mahi expect to impress Adi after he discovered she sent goons after Zoya? Pretending to be innocent and pristine..😕)

Adi has idea about how low this woman can stoop; she can endanger her bhabhi's life, send her to jail, send goons to harm her, all activities on the verge of crime. So, Adi has zero empathy towards Mahi. Also, Adi has discovered that he can irritate Zoya through Mahi and get her reaction. This way Zoya will remain preoccupied; she would not think about Yash or his betrayal and slowly come out her depression. In parallel, he is also attempting to make Mahi behave herself with Zoya by using his charm because otherwise Mahi wouldn't, then Zoya would again feel hurt and betrayed.

Now what is happening between Mahi and Adi is more like a game of chess, where both sides are not all right, not all wrong, and we don't know who would win and how. I think if this track is handled properly it would come out to be one of the most interesting parts of AdiYa's love story. 👍🏼

While I agree with what you're saying at the emotional level, I still think such a situation would have scared Zoya more than Mahi. Mahi, despite everything, has always been a strong character. I still do not understand the sudden shift.

Attraction gor Adi is something entirely different and maybe still comprehendable, but the sufden hug was...wierd.

Similarly, you could see how scared zoya was when she hid behind Adi. Then why, all of a sudden when everything was done, was she so normal?

there is a sudden change in characters ..

Mahi falling for Aditya coz he saved her dint make much sense to me as that's not her character .. she has always been shown selfish .. i thought she would say thank u and make a face and leave .. but yeah she has fallen for aditya .. Also she was thoda extra scared .. thats so not her ..

I hope makers handle it well ..

Aditya I feel is too extra concerned about Zoya .. Trust me i am ok with it coz i love Adiya but I felt it is a lil overdone ..

Zoya i still get a lil as she has gone through a major shock and has changed but something seems off .. i cant get it .. i agree she would be a tad more scared with the goon attack ..

I just hope that the track is well handled .. that is all ... rest all okk ..

I love the show .. i love Adiya .. I love Aditya and Zoya ... I really like Mahi in neg character .. But there has been a lil shift in characters but I just hope it is handled well in future episodes and in the end it all works out well ..

Mahi is not still scared. At that moment that attack happened, she was and for next few minutes. She bounced back easily due to her strong character. And Zoya was scared too otherwise she would not have hidden behind Adi but people are not always scared when the situation passes the fear also go away.

And Mahi's hug and her weird character towards Adi has nothing to do with goons, that credit goes to Adi and her attraction and how he saved her. 😆

@Bold Here you are talking about the moment after the goons went away, right?

That was a little weird, but Zoya was already deep in her betrayal from Yash to acknowledge anything else. She was broken, too shattered to even see what is happening around her.

Did you notice that she didn't even think about those attack in the way it was pointed towards her?

She thinks a group of people attacked them and Mahi got hurt.

I would say that Mahi's change of feelings towards Adi coz he saved her makes sense to me. Not falling in love bcoz it needs lots of other factors. let's not talk about that.

But I think, Mahi is not the cliched evil character, who might have reacted like I do not care you saved me. She is a young woman who became the way she is now due to her circumstance, even Adi told her that. I feel that Mahi has suffered in her life, and the sudden loss of her brother, and the realization of loosing everything to Zoya put her in that selfish mode. Mahi does not know Zoya well, so she asumed. I think Mahi's life lacked love, affection, care and the kind of protection she got from Adi. I meant he saved her from those goons.

Im not justifying her but i feel that her change of feelings to Adi is ok but not those touch- touch. 😡

Its just right now I m confused with the track .. anyway now I m just excited for future episodes .. I m sure in the end it vl work out well ..

And I think this bold look n nature are the after effects of knowing the truth of the bubble world she lived dreaming of her husband's mahaanness.

Of cs this sudden 180 turn of her character is 50-50 acceptable as well as unrealistic in the same time, what I don't like a bit is Mahi's lame love sick we see all of a sudden. Yuck. Her face n those expressions. Gosh. Irritates me to the hell n back. I hate that animal. She is an insult to women. Cvs need to stop showing us this crap. Adi could find many other ways to annoy Zoya. Not this. By this, Zoya ko toh pata nai lekin hum log get annoyed n irritated like anything. Iski love shakal dekh k dekh k mera dimaag karaab ho raha hai. Bas.

Coming to Zoya, well woh toh innocent like a child in front of the outer world but when it comes to Adi she becomes a sherni. 🤣 Aadat ho gayi jagda kar k kar k
