Today's Pooja's POV made me think, what we see or hear is not always true as each one goes has their own thinking...right or wrong is only judged from what is norms in Society .
I really felt for Pooja . If she was not happy in her marriage or Love but didn't realize it till Yash came into her life.

yes , we all say cheating in marriage is bad & which is correct however why do people cheat is a bigger problem.
Yes some one will say if she was so miserable , she could have divorced Adi , but seriously how many men / women will leave the security of marriage just because there was lack of love in marriage :)

Bepannaah is not justifying the rights & wrongs of what is norm but rather showing how each character went through to arrive where they are today. People watching can decide what they want to take or leave ...

Being happily married , I can still feel for Pooja ...i undesratnd her bit now
BTW that was fantastic scene ..she telling her own story..that really touched ..I saw a person who was missing something big in her life rather than a cheater...that too cheating on fab guy like Adi ..but again Adi is fab for us but may not be for Pooja...

its like 2 great & beautiful souls individually but may not be as great as partners

well said, tiva!
As outsiders, its very for us or any third person to pass judgments.. they should do this that blah.. but when it comes to self, thats the true test of it..

Its never easy to do anything like divorce.. leave etc.. and emotions are complex.. its never 1 + 1 = 2.. so I completely agree with u

Very well expressed. People have different expectations from a relationship and one must be mature enough to understand complexities of the characters in this serial.
Adi is a great guy but he might just not be what pooja wanted in her man. And, Adi is flawed too. He loved pooja on the surface but never realized what she was deep inside. Same with Zoya. She claimed she loved Yash but she never knew what was actually happening in Yash personal life!! Even Mahi pointed this out.

Sometimes we love the person but fail to understand the person. This happens to us in real life as well.
And, correctly pointed out due to societal norms many people just don't confront their partners with the truth that they don't love them anymore.

No matter how many years of togetherness two people have shared, sometimes the love just disappears and it's a brave thing to accept the truth, find love again and move on.

Is it right to be a relation ( marriage ) in which one can't reciprocate the other person's feeling? Marriage is a willful commitment and it would be wrong to maintain it out of social obligation.

If we reverse the situation, If pooja and yash were the main protagonist of the serial would we like to see them in a relation where they were not happy?

Everybody has a right to be happy.but I just feel Is cheating the only way??
Their was a serious affair going on to the extent that Yash got a ring for Pooja.
If you are not happy in your marriage that doesnt give them the right to cheat on anybody.Atleast thiink what your partner will go through if they get to know about your affair.
Trust is a very big thing.Adiya trusted their partners blindly.Their partners had no right to break their trust. If Poosh had the courage to cheat and do an extramarital affair then they should have also had the courage to tell the truth to their partners.

I too felt totally the same!
At times we fans have so much love for the lead pair that we have a certain prejudice that whoever comes between the lead pair or hurts either of them has to be wrong. But we fail to see from the pov of that character too. Our perspective is definitely different than that of any negative or grey character.
Coming to Adi-Pooja, yes we like Adi so much, he is a good man n is very caring n loving towards Zoya, he is everything to her that Pooja said in today's scene. But this doesn't justify that he must have been the same with Pooja too. Isn't that the reason y certain marriages break but the same people can have a happy marriage with someone else? Nobody can be generalised as the best wife or best husband, that's a very subjective thing...subjective as to how that concerned person behaves as a husband/wife with their spouse and as to what are the expectations of their spouse from them. Hence, now we can't say Pooja ne Adi jaise bande ko kaise chhoda uss Yash k liye, he is everything a husband should be! As Pooja says, maybe he is finding that kind of love in Zoya, he never had that kinda love for Pooja? I'll still not believe Pooja was completely innocent until the story completely unfolds, cuz no matter what, betraying ur husband while being in a marriage yeet is cheating...but this is what I felt as of now.
N the other point that she raised was so true too. With Adi, it was Pooja who had to always care about him since he was immature kid n she couldn't feel that care from him but Yash. But now, the same immature Adi has matured up due to the happenings and adding to that, he has found Zo who too is brought up like a princess and is someone who needs even more baby-sitting than him. So obviously, that's making him more responsible and mature because for whatever his own reasons, he considers her safety and normalcy his responsibility and hence now uska ek aansu dekhke wo duniya ki saari khushiyaan chhin k laa sakta hai in his own way...something that he never deemed necessary for the already matured Pooja. And Zoya though is not much strong by heart n was little immature too, now after Yash's death, she too has become serious and she already has that responsible trait. So both of them will grow with time to be the most perfect partners they could have and only they could have!

That's what makes relations and emotions so complex. The question arises "What if we meet the right person at the wrong time?". Life & Love is sometimes a selfish choice. Sometimes we love the idea of being in love with someone. Pooja & Yash wouldn't have fallen in love at once. They too would have faced the same question with their conscience regarding trust & betrayal. And, we don't know.. maybe we will never know at what point they finally overcome their fear and decide to leave their partners.

What we see now is two devastated people trying to find sense in life and feel sad for them. But, if they would have shown pooja & yash story too, maybe we would have know their reasons too.

well said...Relations , emotions are complex & we cannot understand how other feels...I know 1 thing for sure ..No one cheats on purpose in marriage..in majority...n in this case Pooja & Yash didn't do it on purpose...may be they would have told their partners if they had time..who knows..they never had opportunity to tell their partners or get divorced or also work on their respective marriage to give it 2nd try..who knows

This is the main theme of the show right? To humanise the people who choose to walk out of marriages and give an insight into their perspectives in such a way it makes the protagonists introspect a bit and learn from their mistakes? I am glad they are sticking to it!

Don't really have much to add as you guys have expressed everything I wanted to so beautifully 👏

I for one felt very glad to see someone like Pooja, who strayed from her marital life, cheated on her husband being portrayed as a normal human being.
Not everyone has the same definition of happiness and sometimes in the pursuit of it, one ends up hurting people unintentionally. She wished for Adi to also find the maddening, passionate love as just like her, he too deserved it.
Yes, one can argue that in order to find that kind of love, Adi didn't deserve the jolt of betrayal and the breaking of his trust and things could have been handled in a better fashion. But, sometimes unexplainable things happen in life, and instead of being bitter about it all your life, its better to pause, understand the circumstances and move ahead. Just like Abhishek's and Preity's characters do in KANK.

I am really glad finally made a topic regarding this.
During the launch of the show Anirudh the producer said ecaexac the things which you mentioned that through this story they want to show that the people who cheat are not bad people sometimes they have there own reasons. No matter how lovey-dovey your partner is or how perfect he is sometimes you just can't love them. Sometimes you fall out.
And that's what happened with pooja. She found that comfort in Yash which she could never find in Adi.

If any of you have watched the movie ae Dil hai mushkil then just imagine Anushka marrying Ranbir, despite the fact that she only considered him as a really good friend. Same thing happened with Pooja
