Adi has got attached to Zoya. He is also worried for her because he knows Mussourie mein she will miss Yash even more. Each and every place in Mussourie will remind her of Yash and she may try to ruin herself even more. So he said that it's better if she doesn't return to Mussourie.

He just wants her to forget Yash and move on and that she can do only in Mumbai.

Because he thinks both of them are sailing in the same boat now. So wo ye saabit karna chahta h ki zoya kizindagi us chirkut yash se kahin zyada kimti hai. He wants to make her strong and yes he is too protective for her..😳

In my opinion, Adi sees a friend in Zoya. Today he indirectly refered Zoya as his friend. He doesn't want to lose her. He also knew that Sakshi gave Pooja's saree to Zoya and he tortured Zoya too much thinking that Zoya was pranking him. He is feeling guilty for what he did and he realised Zoya is good as nd innocent. Their character development is very beautiful. Adi will try to be Zoya's friend now. Zoya, being a soft hearted person, will accept his friendship.

I guess Adi doesn't want to let go of someone who is in the same boat as him, esp now that Zoya too has come to realize that their spouses did betray.

...apart from adi ko mooch mooch hota hai 😆... i feel that ..(i'l go by d dopahar extra scene )..he was saying ki "un cheaters ko main jeetne nhi dunga..aur tumhe haarne dunga zoya... "..he wanted t support zoya now on..as he now clearly came t know n accepted that they go thru the same pain ..i kinda feel that he wants t make zoya stronger b4 d world(der own world)...as also he absent mindedly heard d situation in zoya's home frm noor-mahi conversation...in tdy's epi..

In a way ...He is giving himself d assurance dat there's sumone like him..in future may be he will share his pain wid zoya one day..fighting wid ur own emotions is sumwat better than fighting against it in unison😳...the pain she is bearing nw..adi was in her shoes sumtym ago..evn he thot of dying but maut ko bhi haarna pada adi ke nafrat ke saamne..but zoya is very vulnerable in dat case...so he may think on making her calm as he know how weak she is at dis point of tym..😭

I really dont get Aditya at times...like seriously

First he wanted her to believe and admit tht her husband was a cheater by hook or crook. For tht he put her through hell.

Now tht she finally realized tht indeed her husband was a cheater, and she wants to go to her parents, he also seems to hv a problem with tht. Now he wants her to stay no matter what. Why cant he just let her be and let her deal with this in her own way ???

He got wht he wanted, so just Zoya be...whether she wants to go back home and lead her life the way she used to or wants to stay...tht is up to her to decide
