Few days back I wrote an OS from Adi's side that how he was captivated by Zoya's beauty and innocence and today this one is from Zoya's side. Moreover, we all know how Barish (rain) played quite a significant part in their life so keeping that in mind as well i have come up with another OS named...
Barish...
Bhaia aap yaahi par rok dou'' she said
The taxi stopped in front of a white house with a huge sign board that said 'Sunshine Orphange''
As soon as Zoya entered the gate she was approached by a middle age woman
'Ap Mrs. Zoya Arora hou?''
'Ji'' Zoya replied with a smile
'Ha mujhse hi baat hui thi apki phone par''
'Ha ji woh aj mere abbu ka janam din hai tou isiliye main kuch chize apke orphanage mein donate karna chah rahi thi''
'Ha yeh tou bohut achi baat hai likin pehle apko kuch formalities puri karni padegi''
aap bhale hi humse kitni naraz kyun na ho abbu apki janam din hum ei hamesha yaad rahegi Zoya thought to herself
After completing the formalities she went to the lawn, with all the toys, where many children were playing and suddenly a very familiar voice caught her attention
She followed the voice and soon reached a corner of the lawn
'Ap pehle rona baand karo betaa'' said Aditya unaware of the fact that someone was standing just behind him listening very carefully.
'Ek khilona hi tou hai'' he said
'Lekin bhaia yeh meri sabse favorite toy thi'' said the little girl crying 'main iske siva kaise rahungi''
Aditya was silent for a moment and then he said 'Beta hum mein na aksaar aisa lagta hai ki humari zindagi se agar koi chala jai tou hum ji nahi payenge lekin aisa nahi hota...jo ek bar chala jata hai wo kabhi nahi laut tha hai'' he said with a lump in his throat
The little girl's face turned black and her eyes got more teary
Adi hugged her and patted her head 'apko mein nayi laake dunga promise''
'Abhi laake dou'' the girl demanded
'Abhi?'' he looked at her with a shocked face 'abhi kaha se launga mein beta?''
Just then a doll appeared beside him. He followed the hand holding it and saw Zoya
She smiled at him. He took the doll and gave it to the little girl, replacing with the broken one.
Suddenly many children came there surrounding Aditya and Zoya.
'Hum yeh toys...'' she didn't had to complete her sentence Adi nodded and signaled her to distribute the toys.
All the children were getting very happy and seeing their happiness AdiYa rejoiced. All of a sudden it started to rain, the children screamed with joy because for them Barish' was a symbol of happiness but for them it was the symbol of betrayal, agony and misery. For a moment, they both got lost in the memory of that awful night when their respective lives changed forever.
They both decided to leave because staying in that rain meant living those moments all over again but the children stopped them
'Aap log bhi yaha khelo na humare saath'' said the little girl to both of them
They looked at each other, they both knew what the other was thinking.
'haa bhaia didi aap log bhi yaha raho'' insisted the children
Zoya was about to leave when Adi held her hand 'ruk jao na'' he said with a pleading voice 'aur kitna bhagenge aur kis kis chiz se'' She looked at him, this was the first time in months Adi was telling her to move forward when all this while it was him who used to run away from every single thing that was related to...her
She smiled and looked at the children and nodded
Soon the entire ambience changed as all of them got involved in singing and dancing and in all this Zoya saw something very different.
She saw a different Aditya. The one who knew joy and happiness, who became a child himself with the children around...he was no longer that vicious monster who always troubled her instead he became the source of that big smile on her face.
Aditya was jumping in the puddle with the kids like a kid himself and Zoya couldn't control her laughter seeing that. Watching her laugh Adi went to her and pulled her into the puddle too and forgetting all sorrow and hatred they both started jumping in that puddle holding each other's hand. This was the first time in months that they both were enjoying and laughing so hard...it seemed like nothing else existed.
Zoya came home all drenched and cover in mud
'di yeh kya halat bana rakhi hai apni'' giggled Noor 'yeh tou acha hua ki apki woh hitler saas ghar par nahi hai chaliye jaldi se change kar lijiye''
Zoya freshened up and was looking outside the window. It was still raining and she was still smiling

'Kya dekh rahi hai?'' asked Zoya
'Apko! Aj bohut dino baad apki chehre par hum ek alag haasi dekh rahe hain di...woh hasi jo dil se hai...kuch hua hai di?''
Zoya sighed. 'Nahi bus aj bohut din o baad iss barish ko karib se mehsus kiya hai'' she said stretching her hand out of the window and feeling the droplets of rain
'phir tou di aisa kaha ja sakta hai ki...ek barish ne apki haasi chin li thi aur ek barish ne apko apki haasi laut a diya''
Zoya closed her fist and brought her hand close to her chest.
