Unless the story was changed since the launch event, there is 100% cheating going on at least in one of the pairs. I doubt Yash and not Pooja though.

What u have 2 say about sakshi's mother who is giving hints that she was aware of. It she knew her daughter was innocent she would not be sitting silently , atleast try 2 convince adi 4 pooja which she is not doing, adi so much value her

Again ill say that these confusing and half truths are what made me doubt this cheating theory

yeah since the begenning it seemed more like pooja and yash are innocent and loyal. It is going to be very unfortunate if this is true though cuz it will mess up everything in both zoya and adithya's individual lives, let along their possible relationship in future. Nothing thus far points to pooja and yash to be cheaters. The timing of everything also doesn't sit right. It looks more like a plot by the parents for whatever secretive reason which will probably be dragged and come out in season two 😆

I really don't think an infidelity arc is gonna take away from ~deep storytelling. If done the right way, we'd have Zoya's faith shaken, and as for Aditya, we'd have him realizing slowly that maybe he played a large part in alienating his wife so much that she found solace in someone else. Doesn't make what Pooja did right, but man, I'd really like for Adi to know that he wasn't the bee's knees. Boy has some serious issues [disclaimer: I love him and I love Harshad's portrayal of him].

With Zoya, it seems like Yash just treated her like a porcelain doll. Sure, he might have cherished her, but he never let her in all the way [re: zero idea about her husband's failing business].

My theory is that maybe the Dads found out about the affair, or what they perceived to be an affair, got angry on behalf of their kids, and in typical Villainous-Dad mode, staged an "accident." I really wouldn't put it past them, especially Zoya's dad.

If what u said bcomes true by any chance... then evnafter falling in love.. Adiya wud drown in guilt n feel that it is them who r really cheating... so hope not so. Zoya's blind faith has to break so that Aditya enters! Only then this story can proceed.

Sometimes guilt can be a good thing. And Adi is one of the most, if not THE most, flawed characters on this show. Maybe he'll come out of this ordeal a more empathetic and emotionally mature man.
