Sana ji, I think that is true in theory but in reality it is a different story. For instance, we often tell people to let go of their bitterness, to forgive, to forget, when we ourselves might not be able to do it if that same thing happened to us. Some experiences are just too bitter for someone to let go. If you watched The Joker then perhaps you might understand what I'm trying to say.

I don't recommend that bloody film to anybody but, just saying that the joker was bullied so much amongst other things; betrayed by the people he loved; and somehow it drove him to the edge.
I agree with you on all the other issues.
Edited: The main point I'm trying to say is we should be more open minded and not judge people so quickly. We do not know what shiz other people is going through.
