1. Sid realized his mother was in pain coz of his father n he wouldn't want Mithai to go through the same pain, hence decides to accept Mithai..

2. Sid realized his mother's pain coz of his father n he wouldn't want to be the coz of Mithai suffering, hence decides to free Mithai by signing the divorce acknowledgement papers...

2nd option chances are more 🙄

In my POV, without separation Sid will nvr understand Mit s value nor his feelings towards her. Separation is needed now.

That will be very painful to watch. In case it happens, Mit will not come back on anyone's request unless Sid brings her back. But will Sid ever bring her back? Two factors come into play: (a) Sid realises what Mit means to him but he cannot gather to courage to bring her back given challenges, ego, etc. (b) He cares a lot for Mit, we all know that, and even though he cares for her he wouldn't want to give her the life his mother had and so let's her be for the sake of her happiness lets her go forever.

My point, in all of this is that, just because he realises Mit matters to him and he loves her, does not mean he will bring her back to him. For that, he has to first get over his fear of marriages and he must understand that all marriages need not go down the path of that of his parents. It is only when this realisation hits him, will he be able to "accept" Mithai for a wife.

This concept of 'marriages being the reason for lives getting destroyed' will only be diminished when he is able to understand both sides and judge accordingly... he's never asked his father about what actually happened. He just made an assumption seeing his mother in pain (I'm not saying its a baseless assumption... yes, Aarti was indeed in pain, but he couldve at least heard his father. Somoresh said he tried to make Sid understand but he never listened to him! Theek hai, he shouldn't have sent him to hostel either but well we all know Sir thinks himself to be the centre of the earth and every decision taken by him is final 🤡)

Yes Somoresh is selfish, prejudiced, impulsive, has anger issues and an ego the size of Jupiter but he does love his family and most importantly, his children. At the end of the day, he is their father. Even he gets hurt when Sid blames him for Aarti's death. He maybe all of the things I've mentioned above but I don't think he can go to the extent of having an EMA and moreover, an illegitimate child (if that's what Aarti believed Som to be)!

From my side, nothing about the precap as of yet😊

It will be (non)disastrous either ways.... so let's just wait for the episode and keep brainstorming 👍🏼

Honestly, I want Sid to accept Mit as his wife first and then know abt his parents. His acceptance for Mithai should come unconditionally. He shld change his view just by knowing Mithai. Apart from their parents, there are more marriages at his home, all successful. All pairs have love for each other. Even Dadai-Thammi has so much love still between them. Why he cant see that? He needs to understand that first, only then he wll be able to understand his parents. Now, even if he knows the truth about his parents, still he will not become believer of marriage.
