guys i am a non muslim so i dont know anything abt muslim customs so when he said 3T khazi sabb was not there right?then is this T valid?gus pls clear my doubt..even in 2T suraiyaa called khazi sabb to their office but now he was not there😕

Yes there shud be quai n they both have to sign in talaaq buk lyk they did for nikaah...otherwise its not valid
