ok i've doubt... suppose if aliya gvs back that haq-mehr..will it be considerd divorce.or not..

plus her bcmng boss of BR can only be possible if that haqemehr is gvn to her.by zain will he do that.??...

Ok...I have lot of confusion. . Someone clarify...wch law r they following. .. Shariyat or normal court...

under both they can get divorced only after couple of months... n if aaliya agrees for haq meher...isnt it equivalent to fact that they r divorced.

How will they get together then?
