Noticed something

Well i was watching some of old epis of bi
And i came across the epi in which
Zain hold aliya's hamd while sleeping
And aaliya sleeps straight the whole night
As zain was holding her hand

But my question is how can zain sleep in same
Position the who night 😕
I mean when we sleep we turn around
Many times and even move our hands and legs right then??
