Hi everyone! It's my turn to do the song dedication post today :)
As always, we had a hard time choosing the perfect song because there were SO many options! Like, there are so many angsty songs out there, it's not even funny. Anyways, today we decided to go with Tabah from Heropanti. Credit goes to Zainab for this song!

This stanza is dedicated to the split second when Zain and Aaliya thought that they would be separated from each other forever. For that one devastating minute when Ghulam dragged his daughter away from her husband. You can literally feel them both crumbling as they were being torn apart.
We can relate the first line to Aaliya as she has once said that she sees God in Zain. And now that Zain is angry at her, she's shattered. On top of that, Zain did not support her again today during the Unani medicine drama. But that's to be expected since she did it secretly. That was pretty much the last straw for Ghulam, though, and he declared that Aaliya wouldn't stay there to get ridiculed anymore. You can so tell the ZaYa did not see that coming! The shock on their faces is evident.
The last line could not suit ZaYa better! They might fight and yell at each other 24x7 but their love hasn't diminished. Not one bit. The possibility of them not being in each other's life forever finally shook them both out of their ego hazed anger and they stood up for their relationship.
On a completely random note, special mention to Pree's flawless performance today! Seriously, hats off to her 👏 Now I'm off to hunt for some more tissues...
