The question is...

... will this creative team have the guts to carry any plotline through to its end?

They introduced Mir Khan and Barkat - fabulous potential, any number of possibilities - she fizzled out. The real Barkat is dead, so that's one storyline buried under a thermacol headstone.

Then Zubair could have thrown a serious spanner in the works - fisss

Rehaan - has just gone out giving Zaya his blessing for a long, happily married life. Fisss.

Surayya - still left in the story, unsuspected against all logic.

Why are they so afraid to tell a story?!! Most annoying.

Good Post
I know the reason why Cvs are showing Half Baked Plots...

Its the realistic portrayal and high level of understanding of the lead characters that is dominating whole show. All these Parallel tracks look so dull infront of ZaYa that Cvs are helpless and they can't take conventional route like other shows...

I know the tracks you mentioned had high potential but if they wud have dragged then the whole plot would become messy and leads wud turn into mere spectators. ...Thats the reason why parallel tracks don't work in Beintehaa beyond a certain point.

Fahad and Aayat track worked as they were related to lead characters and the plots werr convincing...!!!

USP of Beintehaa is ZaYa and their high level of understanding so to keep that intact Cvs always go in for abrupt end of parallel tracks...

True...
None of these tracks look good in front of ZaYa.

You aroused a good point!

What I think is that CVs do plan to intensify these side stories but when they learn that the viewers aren't liking the plot and getting annoyed by something, they simply end it.

They just want to show what their viewers want to watch!

Barkat track was going good but as soon as all the fans started disliking the most dragged track, CVs decided to end it.

Same case is with Zubair's character.

And to balance the spice in the show, they aren't letting Surraiya give up and continue with her evil plans.

I feel like barkat track was alright. I just didn't like the fact that they didn't even show what made Zubair to go to such extent ? If they would have showed that it would have made so much sense. I think Rehan is not done with his part yet. There is something more to his character as otherwise why would they introduce his kids as well 😔

This is the problem - their lack of conviction in themselves. No, the leads need not be mere spectators if you keep the tension intact or you have a story lying ahead.

Where was the hurry to get Zaya together? They should have have explored their insecurities even more. Aliya should have believed that Zain had no interest in her as a wife. Zain should have assumed that the rishta was a compromise one for Aliya. They should have tried to have a real marriage for the sake of convention... slowly they should have fallen in love.

Then all the parallel tracks would have been excellent as a way to move the story further. Now they have closed the potential for Zaya tension UNLESS they separate them with a HUGE misunderstanding.
Now they can't do that because they don't ahve the guts to do it. 😕

So where is Beintehaa going? Is there even a story ahead beyond Zaya looking lovingly into each other's eyes?

Yes, IMO, too much attention paid to so-called audience demands. The internet audience is a small percent of the actual viewers and they don't represent the whole market. It's silly to be swayed from your strong storyline for this.

This is what I hope but you see - the intended sstory as per leaks was that Aliya would end up marrying Rehan. That is why his kids - because they were supposed to be significant. But now?
They have wrapped up Zubair and no damage has been done to the Zaya relationship. What is Rehan's role now? He's is an honorable man - and he knows how much they love each other. What is his potential in the story?

relax guys...coz so far this is the best shows...👍🏼❤️
why do you want to see a dragged drama? i remember watching nandish's previous serial where his marriage episode lasted 1 whole month...imagine!! they dragged one day into a one month episode
my point is that this serial is not dragged to the point it loses its beauty...

What makes it more annoying is Surraiya's continous torture to ZaYa and she is still unrevealed with no logic at all. It will be better if Creatives plan a solid track instead of loose ends most of the times.
