Haven't seen d segment but as I can make out frm d caps I can c Zain coming inside d hospital room thru window.May b Suraiya,in a rage has asked Zaya not to come near Usmi as she blames Aaliya.And she tells Zain dat if he wanna b with his dad then he'll hv to leave Aaliya.Something like that.

Watching old scenes and realised something. ... Zain has always been daddy's boy... he would do anything for Osman

so he would also knw that how much Osman wanted him to be with Aaliya, how much he cherished their relationship. ... so when he is in coma.. he would still keep his dad's words...

he may get upset n distance himself from aaliya but he wnt leave her...

they wnt butcher the whole characterization of show

ohhh and maybe aliya wud leave herself so that zain cud be with usmy as she knows how much zain loves usman.

So she myt distant herself from zain to keep zain n osman together
