Usmaan in hospital and Zaina and Aliya are there. Zain is sitting next to Usmaan. Aliya looks through the window.

Osman in hospital, he is concious but it seems paralysed.

Zain comes in through window and sits next to him holding his hand. He is saying something and crying. Aaliya looking from outside.

Harshad's iv where he explains the scene. Said its a major twist, things will change in beintehaa. I can say viewers will be shocked... 😔
