PART 5. EPILOGUE - 7 YEARS LATER

25 year old Aaliya Zain Abdullah concluded her narration as she leaned over the bassinet which was placed in the middle of the room, "Aur is tarah mujhe pata chala ki tumhaare Papa itne bure bhi nahi hai! Aur aaj ki kahaani khatam! Baaki ki kahaani kal sunaaungi!" She smiled at her six month old daughter lying in the bassinet. The child giggled at Aaliya and grabbed one of the locks of her hair hanging by her. Aaliya shook her head in mock anger and pulled her hair gently out of the baby's hand. She narrowed her eyes playfully at her daughter, "Tum dikhne mein bhale hi meri jaisi ho par tumhaari harqatein bilkul tumhaare papa jaisi hai!" She placed her hands on the bassinet and pushed it slightly making it rock and her daughter giggle.

"Shuru hogayi tumhaari complain! Har waqt meri beti ke paas aati ho aur meri complain karti ho! This is not fair Aaliya!" Aaliya looked up to see her husband of 2 years enter the room dressed to nines in three piece suit. Haaye Allah! Sattaaees ka ho chuka hai! Phir bhi utna hi handsome lagta hain jitna saat saal pehle lagta the jab maine ise pehli baar dekha tha! Aaliya shyly smiled at her husband and looked back at her daughter. Aaliya was also dressed up in a designer saree with khaandani Abdullah Jewelry and looking as beautiful as she looked when she entered the Barkat Villa as the younger bahu exactly two years ago. Zain came close to Aaliya and stood silently behind her. Aaliya turned around and crashed right into him. Zain shook his head, "Mujhse takraane ki aadat abhi bhi nahi gayi tumhaari Aaliya?" Aaliya looked at him in anger but did not say anything as she knew that even after Fahad's marriage she continued to crash into him without any reason. It was as if Allah wanted them to be together.

Zain continued speaking, "Tum neeche party chodke kyun aagayi? Sab tumhaare baare mein pooch rahe the!" Today was their 2^nd Marriage Anniversary and Usman and Suraiya had thrown a party for them. Aaliya smiled at him, "Bas aisa laga jaise Zariya mujhe bula rahi hai!" Both turned and looked at their daughter Zariya, who looked at them and giggled. Zain rolled his eyes, "Tum without reason phikar karti ho Aaliya! Zariya meri beti hai, Zain Usman Abdullah ki beti hai..." Aaliya pressed her hand on Zain's mouth cutting him off, "Haan! Haan! Sab pata hai! Tum kaun ho aur kya cheez ho, saalon se pata hai!" She pulled away from Zain and walked over to the only window in the room. Zain smiled at his daughter and handed her his finger. Zariya grabbed it eagerly and started playing with it while Zain looked on amusedly.

"Yakeen nahi hota na Zain", Aaliya's words pulled Zain's attention from his daughter to his wife and he frowned, unsure as to what she was talking about. Aaliya continued to speak as she leaned on the window frame with her arms folded against her chest while looking out, "Kya tumne kabhi socha tha Zain? Jab hum pehli baar mile the kya tumne kabhi socha tha ki tum aur main ek honge? Us waqt toh humaari ladaai toh aisi thi ki sabko laga hum jaani dushman ban gaye hain!" She laughed a bit and continued to look out. After a while when her husband did not reply, she turned to look at him. Zain seemed to be lost in his thoughts and Aaliya frowned, "Kya soch rahe ho Zain?" Zain continued to think for a while and then he nodded to himself as if he had just made a decision. Aaliya continued to stare at him in confusion.

After a while, Zain walked towards the window with a knowing smile on his face. Aaliya's expression showed puzzlement as she watched Zain come and stand beside her. Zain looked out of the window, "Ek baat hai Aaliya jo maine tumse chupa rakhi thi! Ab lagta hai yeh sahi time hai tumhein bataane ke liye!" Aaliya continued to stare at him and Zain smirked, "Tumhein pata nahi hoga Aaliya! Par mujhe pata tha ki tum ek din meri banogi!" "Kya? Woh kaise?", Aaliya was beyond confused now and her expression showed that. Zain turned towards her and folded his arms against his chest. He gave her a knowing look, "Tumhein kya lagta hai? Tum baar baar mujhse aise hi takraati thi?" Aaliya's jaw dropped open as her eyes widened. She was unable to comprehend the implications of what Zain meant for a second before it all came crashing over her. Zain's smirk turned into full blown smug grin and he winked at her and walked away.

It took a while for Aaliya to come out of the stupor and she ran after Zain. Just as Zain was about to step out of the room, Aaliya grabbed his arm and turned him around. The smirk on his face which she used to love a while ago was irritating her currently as the meaning behind his words became clearer to her. Oh! How she wished she could punch the smirk off his face! "Zain!", Aaliya whispered unable to say anything else. Zain spoke up, "Everything was planned Mrs. Abdullah! Everything! Pehli baar tumhein Fahad Bhai aur Nafisa Bhabhi ke sangeet mein dekha tha aur usi din mujhe tumse pyaar hogaya! Lekin jab maine tumse baat karne ki koshish ki toh tum nervousness ki wajah se mujhe avoid karti rahi! Kya karun kuch samajh nahi aaya! Aur upar se Mom ko shaq hone lag gaya! Main nahi chaahta tha ki kisi ko pata chale ki Zain Usman Abdullah ek ladki ke liye paagal hogaya!" Aaliya looked at him in shock. Did that mean the protests Zain had done till their marriage was just a drama to maintain his image?

Zain continued to speak as he turned away and looked at Zariya. Due to this, he did not notice his wife's increasing anger. "Phir maine Aayat se baat ki jisne mujhe bataaya ki tumhein agar ghussa dilaaya jaaye toh tum kisise bhi nahi darti! Toh bas main tumse takraata gaya aur tumse ladta gaya!" He turned to look at Aaliya and Aaliya looked away not wanting to show his anger to him right away. She wanted to know the full story before taking any decision. Zain opened his mouth and angered Aaliya more with his words, "Tumhein kya lagta hai? Tum Bhopal se Mumbai, Mumbai se Barkat Royale aur Barkat Royale se mere kamre tak as my wife aise hi aayi ho? It was all planned!" He grabbed her from behind and pulled her close to him. He hugged her from behind and kissed her cheek, "I love you Aaliya! Us din se aaj tak I Love You! Aur yeh sab khel maine khela tumhein apna banaane ke liye!" He pulled away and walked off to join the party downstairs leaving behind a flabbergasted Aaliya.

This SS might end here but there are still many loose threads in the story.

As many of my regular readers know, my stories are never complete without atleast one shock and one twist. I have already shocked you guys by ending the story in such an abrupt manner! And now here is my twist!

Dhoom Dhadakka is a part of a four part series called Miss. Khitkhit versus Zaalim Abdullah with each part showing a different part of Zain and Aaliya's life!

First part was Dhoom Dhadakka which set the stage for the story! It also set the theme for the series which is romantic comedy with a dash of drama!

Next up in this series is Jab Se Tere Naina where we will see what Zain meant when he said to Aaliya,

"Tumhein kya lagta hai? Tum Bhopal se Mumbai, Mumbai se Barkat Royale aur Barkat Royale se mere kamre tak as my wife aise hi aayi ho? It was all planned!"

Just now I read your whole SS !! WOW girll! The story is so damn unique and beautifully written 👏 I am actually fond of reading Urdu novels an this one is actually like them!! The best thing is that Zain liked her from the beginning !!! This is what I wanted fr so long!! In every other SS they fight and then fall in love but in this one the plan of Mr Zaalim was mind blowing 😉 Ohh yes... your story's end is just superb!! I liked your abrupt ending 'cause this is how actually our life goes on.. Quite relatable 😳 Sorry but I'm too bad at analysing things and events so answer the questions urself please 😛 The please part was amazing, by the way :) and I do want your next update or what you're asking for !! Dekho Mai 'pleaseee' bhi keh rahi Hun lol!!! But I really want more ple write what I said 😊
