Divorce is considered thrice when said on 3 different occasions.

Thinking of which it can be possible that a divorce happens, and Zain takes Aliya back in his life. That would be an interesting plot.

Yup..If he says talaq just once, then they can get back together within the period of iddat..But he says it thrice on three different occasions or he says it thrice in the same sitting & they haven't consummated the marriage, it becomes irrevocable..This is when the wife will have to marry someone else to remarry her hubby..I hope the Cvs just steer clear of this cos Indian shows normally make a mess of all this😆

Arey she must be reading about the 'divorce procedures' because I am sure he will say 'Talaaq' atleast twice...before they fall in love...

The divorce happens only when you say it thrice right...so they can go till two times...to make the plot interesting...

No thrice in same sitting is counted as one. not three divorces. I know for a fact my teacher clarified on this once in class 😆

To add to the details, it can't be deliberate that Aliya marries sm1 else so that she can get married to Zain again, that's another sin.

Really? But i thought thrice in same sitting is valid provided the couple haven't consummated their marriage yet..Nahi?😆 I studied this three years back, so i may be wrong😆

Now i dont know about the consummation part😆

but thrice in one sitting can be out of ignorance or anger, which is why it is invalidated and counted as one. 3 talaq means 3 proper talaq. 100% sure abt this one.

As far as i can remember, even if talaq is said thrice be it in the state of anger or not it is still considered as proper divorce and he can't take her back unless she marries someone else and vise versa...

I really do not want a divorce track to happen because the concept of divorce is quite complicated in Islam... If you get divorced, you can't just re-marry again... The female has to get married to another man without the intention of getting divorced with him, she has to consummate the marriage and if that marriage doesn't work out or her husband dies than she can re-marry... It's really complicated and the process with lead to months and months of tears, sadness, and depressing things which I don't want to see for too long

as some pointed out, divorce and remarriage to that same person isn't easy... divorce is the most disliked thing by Allah... that's why many encourage people not to opt for divorce unless its the last option to take... in the case of ZaYa, I dnt think they should do a divorce track, if they do, and actually get divorced, they wont be able to reunite until aliya marries someone else again, has that proper husband-wife relationship and that husband (out of freewill) divorces her... so u see its not going to be a nice track to see so I'd rather they don't show a divorce track.

It is not considered in anger that is true, they wait it out and land on a decision. Before divorce interference from elders of the family is also advised. The elders should sit with the couple and explain how disliked Divorce is by Allah and try and sort out the issue. There are many details.

Husband when gives divorce doesnt equate to get out of my house.

"O Prophet! when you divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed time, and calculate the number of the days prescribed, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, your Lord. Do not drive them out of their houses, nor should they themselves go forth, unless they commit an open indecency; and these are the limits of Allah, and whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed does injustice to his own soul. You do not know that Allah may after that bring about reunion. "

Surah talaq verse 1

Also the husbands can take back their wife before the time of iddat, and if the time has passed.

And when you have divorced women and they have ended-- their term (of waiting), then do not prevent them from re-marrying their husbands when they agree among themselves in a lawful manner; with this is admonished he among you who believes in Allah and the last day, this is more profitable and purer for you; and Allah knows while you do not know."
" Surah baqarah verse 232
