On being asked how he sees the character and how much he's having fun, he says that he's enjoying a lot playing Zain.. Zain is shown to be flamboyant, charming, naughty, casanova but deep down he's good at heart.. Harshad feels that since Zain is modern and kinda today's guy, audience will be able to connect with him.. He's been getting good response so far and he hopes that the audience likes him..
On being asked how much can he identify with Zain, he says that no matter how much similar or different one is from the character, he had to work hard.. He is happy that people are loving him so far, and hopes to see it continue in future too..
About how much he had to work on the mannerisms, Harshad says that he was briefed about his character well in advance and he took time to get into its skin.. But now he feels he's Zain.
About the tom and jerry relationship between Aliya and Zain, he says that it been shown how they keep getting into tussle with each other.. Both are strong headed and have the spunk in them.. Aliya too is a today's girl who is rooted to her family values but still she has her own thought process and is very strong headed.. So they keep having a tug of war with each other.. ANd this is just the beginning.. As the show progresses, we will get to see a range of emotions-rona dhona, laughter, sincere love etc..
About the romantic angle in the show, he says that an actor has to be comfortable in portraying any kind of emotions.. their chemistry has been pretty much ok so far and it would get better as the show progresses.
About the offscreen chemistry, they are good professionals who rehearse the scene and the professionalism reflects on the screen.. So the interviewer says that we do not want professional replies😆 So Harshad says that he is giving an honest picture.. Its not necessary that there should be something brewing offscreen to show good onscreen chemistry😆 They are very good friends offscreen and share their thought process..
His thoughts about having such cool and hot father and mother onscreen: He feels its a good learning experience from all of them, even Aliya's parents.. he is fortunate to be surrounded by such great actors.
Memorable experience: There are many.. His opening shot of jumping from the chopper, jeep race scene.. Also he has got many good scenes with Aliya.. Audience have loved them.. One of them is when Aliya prepares sheer korma and he gets the aroma of it and comes to eat.. In reality it wasnt tasty at all, but he had to act as if he loved it😆 He still doesnt know who had prepared it but only he knows how he ate it.. He hadnt taken many takes luckily..
Reaction from family and friends: he says that they are totally loving it. Beintehaa is perfect and it couldnt have been better.. not just form India but people are responding from worldwide.. ALready its no.1 in UK.. Hope it becomes no.1 in India too..
About his real life Aliya: He has no Aliya in real life now..and he is all vacant right now.. so the interviewer says that all girls need to put their own DPs.. Harshad agrees saying even he needs to see how the girls look😆
