Akashi explained that in an episode a couple days ago, she said Shamal was an animal but Kshitij was human and when she needed him the most he turned his back on her. From what I've seen Shamal is the only one who has changed, Kshitij is still a jerk the way he was hurting Akashi at her party shows he is not someone who should be forgiven.

shamar is an animal and akashi very well knows what he was upto.....she knows what mess she is going to get into....when she began to stay with him it was only revenge and only revenge....but then staying with him only she gets to know that shamar is a very nice person deep down his soul and heart....when an animal turns into such a wonderful person....all bad deeds that have happened can be forgiven easily....
as for kshitij....the person whom she trusted...whom she loved....leaves her in the middle and close the door on her face....and now the jerk claims that he loves her alot...how can such cheap people can be forgiven.....
it pains alot when your loved ones...whom you trust...whom you give your heart and soul hurts you so deep...the wounds are not that easy to be healed.....and people like kshitij can never be forgiven......
