I personally enjoyed the scene where the ring was being passed down, so much foreshadowing happened. It did give me the chills by the fact that they were each eyeing Ananya who remained blissfully innocent, the background tune heightened the horror of it. It was a well played out scene. I think many of u have interpreted their looks as lustful but to me it was more them casting their 'you're in for big trouble and you don't even know' kind of look
I also liked the scene where MT takes the mickey out of Samar for his lame idea. Was quite funny to watch. 😆

I agree on it not being lust but rather them sizing their prey out, the music really sets the tone for the stalk and attack strategy. Infact MaaT and the Thakur boys remind me of a lioness and her cubs, stalking & then hunting in packs.
