I'm in full obsession mode right now with Begusarai, it's like I can't stop. Doesn't help not having it on the weekend, only increases my longing.

@bold- me too. Slightly unhealthy. 😆

Usually, my obsessions last 10 days or so, but I really hope Begusarai changes that. I really wanna stick with this show and be entertained.

What do you watch apart from GoT?

I watch Bates Motel and The Flash. Casualty sometimes.

Do you? I used to watch Mad Men and Hannibal but Mad Men ended 2yrs back and Hannibal has been stopped. There's a new show called 11.22.63 on tv that I started watching- a thriller about time travel.
I was in full hype mode for GoT S6 but that's lessening to make way for Begusarai now, and my reasoning is that GoT is losing its plot anyway and converting to senseless shock tactics. Are you on GoT forum, we can chat about it there? Its another show I have loads to say about.
The novelty of discovering a show I like usually lasts for maybe a year at the most for me before it wears off. Like you I hope our interest in Begusarai is sustained for longer than we expect.

Ohh, interesting. I'll check it out- 11.22.63.

GoT S6- Haha, I get it. Shock value decreases over time. I catch snippets of the episodes online but I agree with what you said.

GoT forum- Never been there before, will visit now. I once took this quiz on which GoT character I was and got Arya. 😆 Never thought I was like her.

Itnaa saanata q h bbbeee !!!???
Today's epi was very much digusting and tedious .
The positive characters are so weak that they cannot stand a toothpick in their hands. Negatives are so strong that they can do anything ,they can buy everything n anything!! Even honour if a girl...Tom also she won't b coming to know I think on Friday last scene she will come to know abt her fateful marriage.
PS : Soni shud say " bhaad me jao tum " jaa goli maar apne aapko tujhse acha to widwa Hi sahi

Wow. Gathering from some comments people are really freaking out.
Thing is Im used to anything that pushes the envelope being a Game of Thrones watcher and know enough that this is only fiction, no offence to the show but its not advanced enough to blur the lines between real life and tv life. When Sansa was raped by Ramsay in S6 it caused an outrage that everyday news of people getting raped will never receive; The irony is that there are more essentially important things in existence that ought to command deeper concern/attention from the public.
This is why I dont care for Sansa's storyline because the media/public have given her excessive importance, which has made me numb to her story- Im not someone who gets pulled into mass hysteria.
That being said people have rightly said the the tv need to consider that line, its a very touchy subject to trend on, sensationalising the tragedies of forced marriages that occurs in our world is different to shining a light on those tragedies. In that sense they have to remain specific to the characters, to maintain the integrity of their roles and the story.

Hey DS!

@bold- Agreed. My concern is that I don't want the BeguBros to be justified in any way or Ananya to want to impress Maa T or whatever. It should be realistic.

Did you watch today's episode?
