Really...so literally a copy and paste with a modern upgrade. I was liking how the show as progressing but now we will see the typical fights over ML. Of course Mimi will ask Aradhana to leave the city or the ML when she finds out...but it be intresting to see, if its before she knows the truth or after.

Barsatein also reminds me of EK's other show Pavitra Rishta with Purvi-Arjun-Ovi love triangle.

After watching 62 epis, now I don't even remember what was Barstaein's original theme. The show which was supposed to be office romance based on some turkish show has been butchered completely for the sake of trp and at d end of the day, we r neither left wid story nor TRP.

What I feel is, no matter what, Sony fiction don't Garner TRPs, wouldn't it have been great if they had fearlessly stuck to the core story without caring about TRPs. Atleast fans would have a pleasant watch

The current Barsatein track revolving around Mimi- Aradhna has been lifted from EK-BT show 'Kanyadan' of Sony from 1999.

Kirron kher, Jayati Bhatia (legitimate daughter)and Poonam Narula(Illegitimate daughter)played the lead roles.

Even the truth revelation scene between Harsh and Aradhna, along wid dialogues was copy paste from Kanyadan.

Kirron kher gives her illegitimate daughter to her best friend and starts her new marital life wid a business tycoon and living happily wid her 3 kids (just like Malini). Also Kirron's elder daughter(Jayati Bhatia) is under confident just like Kimaya whereas Illegitimate daughter is prettier than Kimaya .

Later jayati's character gets engaged to ML (plated by Sudhanshu Pandey) and then illegitimate daughter enters to find about her bio mom and ends up working for bio mom's husband ( like Virendra Khanna).

Also Jayati's fiance played by Sudhanshu Pandey falls for illegitimate daughter and this causes a rift between both the daughters.

Bio mom's other kids also dislike illegitimate daughter as she gets all d attention.

So basically Barsatein has lost its original plot and has been reduced to remake of EK's other shows. Strange they didn't care to create show's title track also. Costumes of ML/FL and Mimi are from previous Sony show's characters. Whatt a lost opportunity!!!! Sad...Powerful performers are underutilised

I also felt that the show was going away from its OG plot. This doesn't surprise me anymore. Bollywood movies ya ITV shows aaj khal sab bekar hai. Remake karke they are losing its essence because they can't bring authenticity to their stories. It's sad! I don't know why writers are reduced to this, man! Because let's be honest, it looks like they have no hand in writing different and new stories.

And I also noticed that on ITV hamesha love stories hi ata hai, woh bhi triangle, nothing else. This is so boring. Plus, saas-bahu wale toh cringe hi cringe hai, nothing watchable, man! Wondering why some of us rewatch previous shows in a loop.

Kanyadan ho ya Bebaakee copy, hadh hogayi hai. 50 eps again cross and they already messed up, first with the FBs in the beginning, rushing the show for no reason, and now introducing not a triangle but a full Pentagon Love. Yeh pehli baar dekha hai ke itne sare log connected hui hai. This is insane coming from Balaji but not surprising though. They are known for dragging tracks and that's what they are doing nowadays with Aransh's so-called separation and introducing nonstop new supporting characters

Let's see if they will get trp for long because I don't think people will watch the show for the upcoming nonsense unless a miracle occurs (low chance with Balaji) and we get an unexpected twist. I give them let's say until Dec/ January to wrap up if they don't bounce back on the stories.

kiki shows jay proposing video to their dad n viren n jay dad happy..

kiki says i have a guy for kimaya too

Jay comes to rey to talk n jay dad comes to him n congrats him.. Rey happy for him.

Rey says only few hrs left to say else i ll say

again they have argu n radhi blames him.
