Story starts from Dhrunadun,
Aradhna meets her mom and her step family, and happily leaves to Mumbai to restart her life seeing her mom happy and well settled.
When she comes to mumbai, she decides to work as a journalist/new reporter once again, she goes to few offices but she gets rejected as her past comes in her way.
Meanwhile in Delhi Reyansh finds out the truth, Mayank gets punished and they make him reveal his reality. Mayank goes to jail.
He is badly hurt that he broke and didnt trust Aradhna. Vikram and his dad try to help him find where Aaru left too.
Finally one news media house says their ex employee Aradhna came and asked about I”f he hire her as she is well experienced but the past with Rey” and Reyansh gives him a blank check and says “I will buy your office but make a contract for an year with her, once signing she cant leave” The owner signs a deal and the office belongs to Reyansh Lamba and Mr. Lamba. Reyansh says am coming for you and this time no more heartbreaks 🥺 just love and trust.
So Aradhna comes next day to the office to sign the contact, they give her a house and keys to the car as all employees are offered, however she declines as she wants to buy with her own earned money. The ex boss tells her that a new owner will be coming here so she must explain and work with him one on one, he will be here in two days. Aradhna looks over the rules and how the new office works, she remembers “Reyansh and Nation true news”.
Next day, Aradhna is happy and excited about her new work, she comes to the office really shocked and it’s Vikram with her ex boss. She wonders what is going on, however the door opens from the back and in walks Reyansh, the boss and the new CEO. She turns around and sees him, she is shocked. Aradhna declines to work as it’s Reyansh. He tell her that she will face heavy lose as the contact is signed, she tells him that “loses are already made, she has nothing to lose. Reyansh feels guilty, however he doesnt want to lose her and so he brings a lawyer stating that this can go into court. She thinks about it, she doesn’t have extra money to fight nor other option a no one hired her.
Aradhna realizes this was all planned & tells him too, she accepts the deal saying ‘we are a boss and employee & nothing else” and nothing will happen. Reyansh promises to make it back to her. Reyansh/ Vikram is introduced to all the employees by Aradhna, and they start their work, reporting, interviews and media for few days.
Finally few weeks passes, Reyansh is at home, he needs some files & which Aradhana knows about. He calls Vikram & Vikram tell Aaru that she must go to Rey’s place and give him herself. Aaru trie to make an excuse but decides to go, she grabs them and Rey’s car comes and picks her up.
She rings the door, a worker opens it and she gives him the files and she need to go, he tell her to stay as his boss told him the instructions. Aradhna enters the house for the first time, Reyansh comes downstairs and she looks at him, all smitten but gets back to reality.
Rey tells her that lunch is made and it’s all things which she likes, so they should eat before working together as it’s an important project. He tells her that as a boss he is telling her, they sit together in the dining table, he serves her and she thinks to herself “ why didnt you trust me, we could have been in a better phase”. She quickly eats as she feels uncomfortable and starts coughing, Rey makes her drink water. He tells her that he wants to talk to Aradhna about some personal things, she tells him she and him are professional so she tries to leave. However Rey gets mad, he tells her you need to listen to me once, he wanted to talk and clear things out but never got a chance as she always gave him a cold shoulder. Rey grabs her and says todays the time to talk and grabs her and takes her upstairs in his room.
When she enters the room, Aradhna sees her pictures everywhere and sees her laptop, shampoo and her one earring, she looks at him shocked, she asks him and finally Reyansh tells her that he was wrong and he gave her pain without a reason, he counted all the days that he was without her. Her memories never faded and nor his love, he was hurt and broken himself. Reyansh also apologized for the butt slap, calling her bad character, insulting her in the office, world and making her lose her family & house. He has tears in his face, Aradhna is Hurt, she gets emotional and grabs him by the t-shirt saying his misunderstanding ruined it all. she is crying. Aru runs to the bathroom, and locks it, he tries to open it and knocks. Finally with key he does open, and asks permission and says I dont want to leave you alone so let me be with you. She says okay.
He walks in and see’s her crying, he comes closer to her and wipes her tears, They both look at each other passionately, and in the heat of the moment Aradhana & him go backing up the wall, his hands are on her kamar, her arms are around the neck and the shower turns on, both are getting wet. Tip tip barsa pani is playing…. He removes his hands from the kamar, touches her hand slides his hand on her arm to her neck, pulls her closer, then touches her lips, fixes her hair and does a nose touch. He realizes and backs down however Aradhna stops him and pulls him towards her and he kisses her forehead, cheek. They bring their lips closer and kiss passionately which leads them to coming to the bed. He carries her in the arm, he lays her down and both look at each other, she pulls him down. He slowly removes her earrings, touching the face kisses it again, then slowly removes the sari, she removes his shirt. Reyansh is shirtless, and he unties her blouse and grabs a blanket to cover up and lights turn off. They kiss again and which ends up in love making.
